I woke up to the annoying screech that the alarm clock was giving off
I slammed my hand on the top of it hoping it would stop but it didn't do I took it and I threw it across the room and it finally shut up
I bet I broke it but whatever
I swung my legs out from underneath the blanket and let my feet fall to the cold hardwood floors in my room
I stood up and stumbled a little trying to regain my balance because I couldn't think strait I'm tired and it is Monday
Screw Monday!
I went to my bathroom and turned on the water in my shower and ran it until it was the temperature that I wanted
I stripped from my clothing and slowly entered my shower wetting my hair first
I washed everything up and got out and dried
After that I wrapped a towel around myself and exited my bathroom and went to my closet
I searched my closet until finally deciding on
A pair of shorts with an obey shirt
I curled my hair and put my glasses on
I put my undergarments on and then my outfit then I put on my socks and shoes
I went back to the bathroom and did my makeup
After that I curled my hair and I was done so I grabbed my backpack and phone and headed out
My grandparents had came over and taken Clara and Cody earlier this morning so that they didn't have to wake up as early as I did I put my phone in my back pocket of my shorts and swung my backpack around my shoulders and I put my shoes on and headed out the door
I knocked on the Grier's door
"Hey honey they just left" mrs. Grier said opening the door
"Okay thank you see you after school" I told her
I treat her as a mom
"Later mom" I said saluting her
"See you after school Brooke" she giggled
I walked until I found the doors
I walked in and was instantly tackled by someone
"Ouch!" I said as we hit the floor
"Livie!" I yelled as I noticed it was my sister she was laughing so hard
"Dude that hurt" she said getting up and helping me up
"Hey I broke your fall" I said
"And the floor broke yours" she said while smiling
We both started laughing
I miss having these days with my sister
"Alright I got to go before your friends surround you" she said leaving

I heard a huge ruckus
"Brooke!!" Katie yelled
"Katie!" I yelled back
Her, Lauren, Kenzie, Madeline, Mariana, Sarah, and Abby all surrounded me
"Guess what!!" Sarah screeched
"There is a new kid!" Maddie yelled
"He is really cute" Kenzie squealed
"He is from Canada" Abby said excitedly
"I think he's famous" Katie gushed
"Oh whatever he's probibly a player" I started "or a jock" I finished
"Oh whatever we know you want to see him" Lauren said
"No i don't" I told her " I don't care if he is cute or famous or from Canada" I said
"Alright" Sarah said
"You girls don't believe me do you?" I asked acting hurt putting my hand on my heart and sticking out my lip
"I'm fine being single and alone with my siblings" I said while opening my locker and sticking a few books in
I put my backpack on again and
Shut my locker then headed to first hour
Me, Katie, Lauren, and Abby all have all the same classes and the rest have at least one hour with us two at the most
"So did you do your homework?" I asked Abby
"No" she said looking at her feet
"I'll let you copy mine in early 25" I told her
That is just a special class to do homework or whatever we need to do
It is right before first hour
Thankfully all of us (me and my friends) have the same lunch period
Yay!!
Okay so we sat down in first hour and I didn't pay any attention to what was happening
Soon it was lunch and I was sitting at the table with all my friends
They were still talking about the new kid
He has second and third with us but I didn't look at him
All I know is that his name is Shawn he is from Canada and my friends thinks he is hot that's all I know I know I know I was thinking it's my friend Shawn ya know internet friend but what are the odds of him moving here to this school and meeting me? I sat there and listened to them talk
"He is like 6 foot something" one of them said
"And did I mention he is super hot" one squealed

I got my phone out and decided to text the one and only Shawn Mendes because I'm sick of them talking so I tuned them out and texted him

B- what are you doing?
S- sitting talking to my new friends
B- where did u meet them?
S- school
B- fun I'm listening to my friends talk about the new kid at our school
B- it is getting annoying
S- ha well I have to go to class ✌🏽
Abby tapped on my shoulder
"Let's go time for class with the cute kid" she said
I guess he is in our next hour
I stood up and put my phone in my back pocket
I saw one of the boys in front of us slow down and they turned around and walked towards us

"No it's not" I said looking at Abby
"Hey don't make fun cause you are jelly of my hair color" she said making me giggle

"You met the new kid yet?" He asked

"Well you should come to my house after school and I will introduce you to him" he said
"I got better things to do" I told him
"Like?" He asked
"Hmm let me see.." I said pausing "Anything" I finished
"Seriously please" he begged
"No Matt I don't wanna meet the new kid I don't like new people they are too dependent on people to know where to go" I said as we turned the corner
"Please" he begged again
"No Matt I have things to do" I told him
"Like what?" He asked
"My parents are coming home" I told him
"Who are your parents?" He asked

"Bart Bordelon" he repeated
"Ya?" I said wondering why he repeated it
"Hey I'm gonna work for him!" He said excitedly
"How?" I asked

"And?" I asked not understanding
"We get to meet fans and he said his daughter was gonna be a performer too" he said poking my cheek
"Stop it!" I yelled swatting his hand away still walking towards our lockers
"That's you you get to perform with us!" He yelled excitedly "your gonna be famous!" He yelled again
"Alright.. Don't care" I said pausing between sentences
"Well fine then" he said walking away leaving me alone trailing in my thoughts as I proceed to my locker
