I'm sorry that I love you...

chapter 2

As I stepped through the link fence, i turned my attention towards the steps. That's where my friends and I hang out all the time. I immediately spot some familiar faces. Their my friends Sara, Karina, Liz, Mellie, Johanna, and Cassie is standing there with them along with some others. By the time I get halfway towards the steps they spot me and run over to strangely embrace me in a group hug, something that I never do. They go on to start telling and retelling the story of there summer break. Mine wasn't really that interesting or story worthy. I told them that I went to the movies, did a little shopping, but I completely left out the part about me slicing up my arm a bit. Anyway after we had been standing there for awhile, we see the office staff wheel out six gigantic boards that contained the names of the 6,7,and 8 grade students plus there homerooms. As soon as they get them set in place, we all take of towards the boards trying to find out if we have classes together. I spot my name  and next to it, are the words math room 204, Ms. Ryans class. Great they would give me math first, the subject I suck in. It turned out to be okay because in that class I would be joined by Mellie, Sara, and some other people Ive talked to for a bit. After I finished scannibng the boards I look to my left and see Kevin. Omg as soon as I saw him I ran over and gave him the biggest hug almost making us both hit the ground.

"I feel the love lol" he told me still recovering from my lingering hug.

"Ik you do, I missed you bae" I quickly responded, I couldn't believe I called him that but he seemed to not be affected by it so I continued talking.

"So whats your first class"

He spit on the ground and then responded, "Ugh they gave me stupid P.E first"

After that opening conversation we continued talking about the same stuff everybody else was, summer break. The only difference is that Kevin knows me well so when I finished telling him my half truth of a story, he took my arm and raised my sleeve. I was surprised by his action, but I could still feel my cheeks brightening with embarrassment.

"What did I tell you about doing that to yourself Ally." he said ever so annoyed which was kinda adorable.

Ahh Ally, he was the only person allowed to call me that seeing as my respected nickname was Alex.

"Ik you told me to stop and I did it once, but just once cause I knew what you would say."

"okay well that's it okay this year were making changes and if you need help you can talk to me."

"Yeah I'll talk to you" I responded, "Just tell me when Your done with all your other girls and then Ill pour out my heart."

"Wow I feel the love" he said again.

"Boy if you say that one more time I swear..."

I shoved him to the side and we started laughing at each other. I pulled out my phone and checked the time, it was 7:50. I told kevin that the bell was gonna ring soon so we decided to head back to the stage because that's where all our stuff was . As soon as I turned to walk I saw someone that looked familiar but i couldn't tell. As they started to get closer to me, I totally recognized who it was. It was Lauren walking with her sister.
