It was Half way through junior year, and guitar class was a breeze. It was The Monday after Winter break, and for the back to school project, the guitar teacher, Mr. Ray, put the class in groups of 3, only that there was an even number, so there was a a group of 2 that fate had put together. Serj and Shavo.
You know that feeling when your paired up with someone you don't know? Serj and Shavo were going through that big time. The back to school project was to cover a song from an open variety of artists, so Serj and Shavo started naming bands they liked. It turns out they have so many Common artists they like in common, from Metallica, Kiss, The Beatles, Beastie Boys, to KISS. This gave Serj and Shavo plenty to talk about. Shavo found Serj to be an interesting guy, although, shavos group of friends didint like this, neither did Serj's.
