The Party

ALEX ( 5 days later)
Today Luke and the guys will not let me skip school. And lately Calum has been very bitter towards me, although I don't understand why. He has barely spoken to me. "Hey Hood" I say grabbing his attention. "What Alex?" He says clearly annoyed. "I miss us hanging out, I miss us talking." I reveal. "Maybe you should go be with your boyfriend" he says pissed off. "Oh so that's what this is about, Jake. We're nothing more than friends. I promise." I say irritated. "WELL YOURE NOT JUST FRIENDS SO DONT GIVE ME THAT BS!!!" He yells and slams his fist down on the table. "Uh o-okay" I whimper. I never saw this side of Calum and I have to admit I am kind of scared. I can't believe I freaked out on her like that. What's wrong with me? Why am I so jealous? Then it hits me, I'm in love with Alex Rose Cram. I call up Joy and tell her to come to my house. If Alex wants to make me jealous what a ride she's in for. Joy is here within 5 minutes. "Hey Joy wanna go to a party tonight with me?" I ask. I remember Alex saying something about a party. "Oh my god yes" she sounded like I just proposed to her. "I mean that's cool" she says trying to be cool.

"You are still coming to that party with me tonight right?" Jake asks. "Oh yeah I forgot. No way in hell I would pass up a party. Wait I need to get ready. Can you drive me home?" I say really quickly. "Sure babe" he replies smoothly.

I am all ready for the party. I have a kind of flowy red lace dress and some black 2 inch heels. Jake picks me up at 8:00 sharp. We head into the party. I feel the music in my veins and the sweet smell of alcohol and drunk teenagers, a smell I am very familiar with. After and hour I was totally drunk and I saw Calum. "Come dance with me Cal" I slur. "Got a date sorry Alex" he says all sobered up. How is he still sober? I walk away mad. Who could it be? Why am I so jealous? I pull Jake in front of Cal and start making out with him. That should teach him, Don't make me jealous.
