"You're a werewolf."

He said it as if he were saying something as simple as "You're blonde."

"I'm sorry, what?" He's got to be kidding.
"You heard me." He didn't seem like he was joking.
"Right. Of course I am. I'd like to leave now, if you don't mind." This guy is crazy and I wanted to be as far away from him as possible. I'd take his car if I thought I could out run him, but he had the keys.

"I know you don't believe me, but I can prove it." He spoke with confidence. "And I can hear that you're panicking, but you have no reason to be afraid. I'm not gonna hurt you."
"You sound crazy. Werewolves aren't real. No sane person would ever say that and mean it." I started backing away.
"If you allow me, and promise not to freak out, I'll show you." He held his hands up in front of him again, I'm guessing to show that he wasn't a threat. I still felt threatened though.
"Sh-show me what?" I stammered.
"That you're wrong. Werewolves are real." He looked at me for approval.
"This is ridiculous." I throw my hands up and sigh, but he was still looking at me expectantly so I decided to humor him.

"Fine. If you say you can prove it. Go right ahead. Show me your proof." I demanded as I cross my arms over my chest.
"You promise you won't run away? That you'll stay here until I turn back?" I didn't know what he was talking about but he sounded serious so I just nodded and stepped back.

He started undressing. His leather jacket first, then his shirt. I won't lie, he was fit. He was toned, his muscles were defined in his arms and his abdomen. I looked away before he caught me staring.
"What are you doing?" I asked quietly.
"Just watch." He instructed.
So I looked back at him. I kept my gaze at eye level at he unbuttoned his jeans, kicking his shoes off. He pulled off his jeans and bent down to take his socks off. The only thing left was his boxers which went next. I closed my eyes as he peeled them off.

"Keep your eyes open. Watch." He told me again. I opened my eyes and we looked at each other for a moment before he spoke again. "Trust me."
With that, he knelt down on all fours, looking up at me for a second before he closed his eyes in concentration.

When they opened back up they were glowing red, his teeth had elongated just like mine had earlier. There was a sharp cracking sound and he screamed. As I looked at him I realized that his spine was breaking and reforming. He was panting as other bones broke, I wanted to look away but I couldn't. He wasn't looking at me, but at the ground. He screamed every time another one of his bones broke. His cries could probably be heard for miles, I could see why he would take me here to show me this, and if he was doing what I think he was, I was glad he wouldn't be anywhere near the public. That also meant I was alone out here with him. Suddenly I was very afraid for my safety.

While his bones were breaking, shifting and healing in different places, black fur started covering his body, his cries turned to snarls. His face changed into that of a wolf. Suddenly I wasn't looking at a teenage boy anymore. Just a few feet away from me was a large, black wolf. It stood as tall as me. Blue eyes met red, sizing each other up. I was too scared to move, frozen in shock.

The wolf had dark black fur and dark red eyes, they were staring at me like they were watching to see what I would do. When I didn't move, the wolf walked towards me, but slowly. Very slowly. I stumbled backwards to get away, but it was to no avail. I tripped and fell, landing on my back backside. I scooted back some but it was right in front of me now. I stayed still, not wanting to make any sudden movements in case it decided to attack me. To my surprise, it bowed it's head to me, then nudged my foot before it stepped back. I stood up and allowed it to come close to me again. It was inches away from me. I reached my hand out on some strange impulse, in response, the wolf moved it's head into my palm, allowing me to feel it's soft fur.
