// Cameron's POV \\

I groaned when I was greeted with blinding light.

I sat up groggily and rubbed my head, cracking my eyes open slowly to the bright lights of my bathroom.

"Cam, are you okay?"

I must have been dreaming.

I looked up to none other than...Ava.

"Agh!"

A piercing feeling erupted through my head.

"Cam!"

Her stupid voice.

It's making my head hurt.

She's making my head hurt.

She's making me hurt.

"Oh my gosh, Cam, do you need ice or something? Should we call 911?" Ava's panicked voice made my newly formed headache rage with pain.

When I opened my eyes I thought I was going to faint.

"Ugh, ice is fine. How long was I out for?" I asked, trying to keep the situation calm even thought it felt like my head was being constantly rammed into with a bus.

"Two minutes?" I heard Nash say, although it seemed more like a question.

I looked up to see him standing over me with ice in a plastic bag and a towel.

"Did I seriously fall again?" I chuckled.

My sense of humor totally back fired when the same aching feeling greeted my head once more.

"You should probably get some rest," Nash said, helping me up.

Her laugh.

Her hair.

Her eyes.

The way her eyes crinkled when I told her stupid jokes.

I remembered.

I remembered the kind of music she loves.

The movies she hates.

Her favorite ice cream flavor.

What her dreams were.

What her family was like.

What her dogs' names were.

I remembered now.

I remembered everything about Ava.

I woke up in a cold sweat.

I threw my covers off my sweaty body and checked the time on my phone.
