I bit my lip as I felt the hot breath of the demon hover over me. The need to scream was on the edge of my tongue, but I held back with all my will. Don't question, don't argue, and do as told. Don't breath. I forced my eyes to stay open, if I died tonight, I would be okay with it. If anything dying is a privilege.

The sharp claws of the cruel thing lightly touched the tip of my chin. A gasp escaped me and the nails push hard against my chin. I bite my tongue to hold back the bloody scream that wanted to escape me. Don't say a word.

"Such a pretty thing." The nasty thing completed. Don't scream, please Lisa, don't scream.

I felt the sharp nails leave my chin, and I held back the sigh of relief. Not just yet can I be relieved.

Waiting for felt like hours, but were probably a few seconds, to hear the footsteps of the Demon walk away. Never look at 'them.'

Don't argue

Do as told

Don't question

Don't say a word

And Never Look.

Those are the five rules for living in my world.
