"Where is he?" I said impatiently as I threw my sleepy body to the couch
Its new year well an hour before that, I'm waiting for my boyfriend to show up

Ding! Dong!

I heard the doorbell rang as I skip to it and when I opened the door

"TEZ!!" I yelled as I tackled him to a hug

"Why so exited?" He asked hugging back

"What else could be more than exciting than spending the new year with your boyfriend?" I said pecking his lips making him blush

"And I have a little surprise~" he said slyly making me anxious

"Ohh...~ do tell..."

"Its a surprise and I'm gonna keep it that way" he crossed his arms and I pouted which he finds it cute "well...not until you put this blindfold on"

I excitedly nodded as he blindfolded me and led me....somewhere

After a few walks and a little tumbles he finally settled me down to picnic blanket I guess

"Surprise!" He said as he removed the blindfold

It was beautiful! A picnic set up like the ones we talked about and other unnecessary things that I dont need to mention

"Hey Tezcat..."

"Yeah?"

"Didn't you promise to do this whole...picnic thing when your asking for an engagement right?" I raised a brow

He suddenly chuckled and kneeled in front of me holding a ring

"/yn/...after all this years I've been meaning to ask you...would you do the honor of being my-"

"Wow, wow! Hold it right there! First of all we've been together for a year and second...we're 15" I said trying my very best not to blush by his cute actions

"Can you at least let me finish..." he frowned

"OK...fine" I looked away avoiding his gaze

"So will you? And just so you know, I'm only doing this to show everyone else that you are mine and mine only, well just until we get married" my jaw dropped at his words

I gave a sigh "f-fine..." he smiled and put the ring on my ring finger then he sat next to me and kissed my hand making me blush

"And my surprise isn't over yet..." his words confused me then fireworks started flying to the sky making me aw, while hugging Tezcats arm and when I checked my watch it was exactly 12 midnight

"Its time for the midnight kiss" he said then quickly kissed me startling me but soon melted at his warm kiss
