Chapter 49

Next morning we were all up with the fairies the boys had a TV and radio interview so the rest of us went for a walk up in the hills it was freezing we had gloves, hats a scarves on with massive thick coats. The walk was lovely, Emma was joining us today so at about 3:30 Seb, Ash, River, Buzz and I went to pick her up from the air port.

"Emma." I said giving her a hug

"Hey I brought this." She said handing me that mornings news paper

"Oh for havens sake. Am I not allowed to have friends." I said on the front page and was black and white picture of me and Ash after Charlotte's wedding last October holding hands. The title said 'Cheating under husbands noise.'

On the way back to the car I read the article. '

'Rhianne Poynter, married to Dougie Poynter the famous bass playing of the world famous Mcbusted was spotted just after the wedding of her best friends holding hands with Ashton the drummer from 5 second of summer. Is there something she's not telling her husband of nearly 20 years.'

"I tell him everything there is not one thing he doesn't know." I said looking to Emma

"Yeah I know, they have been attacking Jodie and Luke and Charlotte and Jake for information but they have just said that there's nothing going on and that Ash is to soon move in with Amy." Emma said getting in the front seat.

"This is stupid. I shall ring management later and get it all sorted." I said not wanting to read anymore of the article and folding it back up and handing it to Emma.

We headed back to the arena and I showed the other Mcbusted boys who went mental.

"They can't do that." Matt said

"Good thing they didn't find out about the kiss." I said looking at Ash and all the Mcbusted boys looked from me to Ash then back to me

"What kiss?" James asked

"I'm sure we told you. Me and Ash kissed. I'm sure I told you." I said looking them all.

"I can't remember." James said

"Yeah well best you don't. I need to ring management." I said getting up and leaving room Ash soon appeared next to me, I was sat in the stands of the arena

"Come here." He said and he opened his arms I leant into him and he wrapped his arms around me

"You marry a pop star and become friends with someone else and they make up stories about you, I can't have friends anymore." I said tears running down my face

"Hey Rhi, it's ok we know the truth we know that nothing happened. Stop worrying." Ash said lifting my face up and wiping my tears away.

I leant back into him and we sat there like this for about 20 minutes until I could hear sound check happening.

"Right I need to get some work done. When I spoke to management they said that they have sorted it and that it was unfair for them to print a story that wasn't true. So I'm hoping that it going to be the end of it." I said getting up.

We headed down to the stage to watch sound check and when the boys came off stage I fell into Dougie's arms.

"Come on babe." He said taking hold of my hand we walked towards catering

"You still have feelings for her." Matt said to Ash

"A little bit, but hiding those feeling for her safety and benefit more than anything. Plus with Amy coming over in May it's a good distraction." Ash said

"You know she will not leave Dougie right?" Matt said

"Yeah I know and my relationship with Amy is amazing and I can't wait for her to move over here." Ash said smiling they had started walking towards catering.
