The Golden Boy of Gotham Part 1

~Dick's POV~

The team introduces them selves but I already knew who they are. Maybe I can have some fun..."Hi I'm Miss Martian but you can call me Ms M" "Hi I'm Kid Flash but you can call me KF" "Hi I'm Zatanna but you can call me Zee" "Superboy or SB" "Rocket" "Artemis" "It is nice to meet you. My name is Aqualad" "Nice to meet you all and sorry for Bruce making you protect me. He's just... overprotective." I said to them once they finished introducing theirselves. "Why don't I show you to your rooms first. Follow me" I walked up the stairs but stopped and turned to face the team.

Time for victim number 1:Wally. "Wally West!" I yelled pointing towards a shocked Wally. The rest of the team looked shocked as well. "How did you know?!" Wally yelled. "Bruce is friends with your uncle Barry Allen and I know Barry is the Flash and Barry talked about his nephew names Wally West but he didn't say his nephew was his partner nor had powers but since you look like him I guessed you are Wally West and because partners are mostly related to their mentors." Wally just looked super shocked and looked like he was about to past out. I then looked at the rest of the team and they all looked surprise, except for Artemis she was just smirking.

Time for victim number 2:Artemis."Hey did you say your name is Artemis?" I asked her. She looked a bit scared but kept her smirk on. "Yeah, thats my hero name, why?" she said her smirk disappearing. "Nice try Artemis I know its you" I said smirking. She sighs in defeat. "How did you find out?" she asked. "1) I've seen you around school 2) you were one of the people who accepted the scholarship Bruce gave this year 3) you're hair kinda gives it away 4) you came in second in archery in school and your weapon now is a bow and arrow 5) you used the same hero name as you're real name 6)its just obvious cause you weren't surprised that I figured out Wally's identity like you knew I could figure it out and 7) I would never forget a face of a friend or classmate" Again the whole team looked shocked except for Artemis.

Time for victim number 3: Conner. "Conner Kent?" I asked looking to SB. This is just to fun. "How did you know? I never met you" I want to laugh so much! "I've been interviewed by Clark Kent aka Superman and you look exactly like him but younger and since you both have almost the same hero names I guessed both of you are related and I heard that there are 2 new student in Happy Harbor and 1 of them is Conner Kent saying that you are related to Clark Kent and Superman since your hero name is Superbly and also I think you are not only a look a like but a clone" The team looked super shocked when I said SB was a clone. "What? I knew Clark Kent since I was 9 and he never said anything about getting married and having a son and since the explosion at Cadmus in DC I got some information that Cadmus is illegal but no one new and that was when you were first seen" Oh my gosh the looks on their faces are priceless!

Time for victim number 4: Megan. "Megan Morse?" I asked looking at Ms M. "Yeah! How did you know? Can you read brains as well?!" She asked happily. "Sorry but no. I just guessed since you and Superbly are always beside each other you are really close and since Superbly goes to Happy Harbor you go there too and both of you started going there at the same day and walked in together at the same time talking and Megan Morse and Conner Kent are the only new students there and also I heard the new student join the cheer squad and since you look really energetic you are obviously part of the cheer squad" I said in a matter-of-fact tone. "I also know the principle and some students in Happy Harbor" Again I just want to cry because of laughing to hard. This is pure gold!

Time for victim number 5: Zatanna, but I won't go to far... maybe. "Oh and Zatanna sorry for you'r loss. You'r father was a great guy." Zatanna looked super confused so did the rest of the team. "How did you know about my dad?" "He was one of the people who took care of me when I was young. He said he also had a daughter name Zatanna and he also said he loved you very much he wouldn't know what to do if he lost you. He was a great guy..." I said looking down remembering when Zatara used to watch me with the rest of the League when Batman can't. "He was truly a great man" Aqualad said breaking the silence. "Yeah oh and Kaldur there are many more fishes in the sea" I said to Aqualad. "How do you know that? You do not look Atlantean " he said surprised. "I know Aquaman and the whole league and you look sad and depressed saying you are either heart broken or you miss someone" He nods his head.

"How the heck do you all of us?!" Wally practically yelled. "I don't know much about Rocket all I know is that she is related to Icon." I corrected him. "But then you said you knew the Flash, Superman, Zatara and Aquaman! And their identities!" "Yeah but I met everyone on the league and know everyone's identities including Batman's and Robin's" I said smirking. "How the heck do you know their identities?! Robin is my best friend and he never told me!" Wally said. "1) I live in Gotham 2) I am close with Batman and especially Robin 3) I knew him since we were babies 4) It's kinda obvious for me. Besides Bruce will get mad at me if I told anyone." I said. "Come on its almost time for dinner." I showed the to their rooms. Superboy is in the room to my left and Aqualad is in the room to my right. Zatanna was in the room infant of mine. Artemis was in front of Aqualad's and Megan was in front of the room of Conner. Kid Flash was on the room besides Kaldur and Rocket was infant of the room of KF. "If you guys are ready meet me downstairs at the living room" I then walked my way to the living room.

~5 minutes later~

Once the whole team came into the living room I noticed they were all wearing their civilian clothes, maybe because I told them I knew their civilian names they don't need to wear their costumes anymore. "Alfred is still preparing dinner so we can ask each other some questions to know each other better. You guys can ask me questions first seeing it will be unfair that I know so much about you guys and you know nothing about me." I said simply since I feel kinda guilty that I knew their secrets but not mine. "Since when have you and Robin been friends?" KF asked. Of course he would ask that. "I knew him since we were babies and we acted like we were brothers" "Where are you'r parents?" Ms M asked. I looked down to the floor remembering the night I lost everything... "Oh... um.... my whole family were murdered by a mob boss named Tony Zucco" I said. "Oh my... I'm so sorry I didn't know" Ms M said looking guilty. I looked up to face her. "Its okay you didn't know anyways you were just curious" I said giving her a small smile and she smiled back. "What happened to this Zucco guy?" Zatanna asked. "Oh... once Robin found out that my family was murdered he wanted Zucco to pay so Robin was born and he found out that his dad was Batman and was captured by Zucco so he saved Batman and managed to throw Zucco to Arkham where he was sentenced to stay for the rest of his life..." I said remembering when I first became Robin and fought side by side with Batman. "Man... you and Robin must be very close since he started kicking up butts just for you..." Wally said and he looks kinda hurt. "Hey don't be sad Wally. Every time I see Robin he can't stop talking about how awesome it is to work with you guys." I said smiling at them. They all had smiles on their faces, including Superboy! "How old are you?" Rocket asked. "13" They all looked shocked except Artemis. "What grade are you in?" Ms M asked. "I'm supposed to be grade 7 but I skipped 2 grades so I'm in grade 10, High School." I said. "Wait wait wait... you're saying a 13 year old in in High School?!" "Yeah but I was supposed to be in Collage but I wanted to be in High School instead since in collage my favourite topic isn't there and also my friend skipped grade as well but only until grade 10 so I just stayed in grade 10" I said. They were all surprised also Artemis. "Wait... whats your favourite topic?" Conner asked. "Calculus" I said. "Calculus?! Thats like super hard!" Wally practically screamed in my ear. "No it isn't" I said. "Um yes it is have you seen our math book its like 100 pages!" Artemis said. "I finished my math book in a week" I said. "What?!" Artemis yelled, she must be really surprised. "Yeah I can help you with it if you want." I asked her. "Yes I need all the help I get especially from a mathlete." She said. "mathlete?" Kaldur asked. "Its people who participate in math competitions" I said. "Yeah, Dick won this years world math competition. There is a picture of him carrying the trophy in school" Artemis said. "Yeah I can show you the trophy and medal room after we eat." I said. " Dinner is ready" Alfred said stepping in from the dinning room.
