Chapter twenty

Timeskip 13 years~

Ibusaki POV

"That's how me and your mom got married" I said, they were teenagers now so I owed them an explanation to how they got their parents.

I tucked them into bed and they nagged about being too old to be tucked in. I shrugged it off.

She left after asking a hundred times if I'd be able to manage. I reassured her. She looked exceptional. One day out with her friends is something she deserved.

Between my restaurant and travelling and her work we didn't get much time alone together except for movies once in a while, a trip to the mall, and a few meals together.

The twins were playing video games. I tapped on both their heads.

"You two, to the kitchen." I said and they followed me.

"But dad I was going to win-" my son told but I nodded no.

"Yeah I know but your mom will be back in less than four hours, we're cooking for her remember?" I spoke and my daughter nodded.

"Fine" he said already chopping the vegetables.

"Did you like her when she met you

"Yes" I answered honestly, we cooked in silence after that.

My kids went after me but I was sure at least one of them would be like Misora in the future.

"Finally" my beloved son ran off to play video games after setting the table.

"Bye dad" my daughter said and kissed me on the cheek, following her brother.

I was about to start working on the laptop when I heard the door bell.

"Kids?" Misora yelled and they ran to see her.

"Mom we made this for you, happy mothers day!" they both spoke in unison.

"Oh thank you sunshine I love you two soooo much" she said and hugged the two of them.

She looked at me and smiled. I smiled back. After lunch we sat down on the couch.

"Mom I need a cake" video game boy yelled out.

"Me too" my daughter yelled.

"Leave your mother alone" I spoke and they both looked at me.

"We know you love mom more than us dad" my daughter spoke.

"I'll make the cake for dinner okay" she spoke.

Shizuki POV

I finally obliged to their request and looked back at Shun.

"They're right about me loving you more" he spoke softly and I placed my head on his lap.

He bent down and placed a kiss on my lips.

"The kids are right there" I protested.

"Want to take this upstairs?" he asked.
"It's not even dark outside, you want everyone to hear me?" I spoke.

"I don't mind" he said and smirked.

His face was so perfect, he hadn't changed much except for more muscle and he got a haircut, spikes actually suited him.

Actually anything would suit him.

"Fine then" I said.

He pulled me till the stairs and kissed me.

I kissed back, pinning him to the wall and grinding against him.

"Who's on top?" I asked.

"It's your turn" he said.

"Ewww mom dad" our daughter walked off.

He laughed and then I walked upstairs.

"It's your turn, It's mothers day after all so you owe me" I said and he nodded.

"As long as you top this weekend when the twins are off to their grandma's" he kept a condition.

"This is unfair" I said.

"Fair enough, get even besides you were working last weekend" he protested.

"But baby" I tried to sweet talk him out of it.

"Don't you 'baby' me, baby" he said.

"Fine" I said and he hugged me from behind. And I knew it wasn't going to be a long time.

I was more than happy about the fact that my family loved me so much.

I have no life, sitting at home on new years eve with nothing special except for some comedy and reality shows.
