A couple of hours later Zoe and Leon's flight had finally touched down in New York. Leon and Zoe both unclick their belts and prepare to disembark the plane. They both waited patiently for the couple in front of them to move out of their seats before following them down the aisle.

Leon grabbed hold of Zoe's hand as they walked along, he kept a tight grip as to not lose her in the crowded airport. He didn't want to lose her now that they were so close to everything ending. Zoe looked around at the crowded airport, she watched as family members greeted family members with warm hugs and smiles.

She watched as small children ran into her grandparents arms. Smiling and giggling when they were picked up and swung around in the air before being showered in kisses. Zoe longed for Chris to pick her up again and shower her with kisses. She missed him so much already, she didn't realise just how hard it would be to leave him, like she had.

They made it out of the airport to an awaiting car. Frank was there to open the door as the driver placed their luggage into the boot of the car. Leon let go of Zoe's hand for a fraction of a second to allow her to get into the car.

Zoe slipped into the car gracefully with Leon following after her, once securely in the car Frank closed the door and got into the passenger seat upfront. Zoe turned her attention away from Frank when she felt Leon place his hand once again on her knee.

"Look we can still go back, you don't have to do this. This is my mess."

Zoe couldn't believe that Leon was once again telling her that she could opt out of this. She just didn't understand, one minute he was saying that she had a choice then the next he was forcing her.

"Listen it's going to be fine."

Zoe was trying to reassure Leon that everything was going to be ok. She placed her hand on top of his hand before leaning towards him and placed a small kiss on his cheek.

"As long as we do this and get it over with. Then we don't have to see each other ever again."

With that the two of them enjoyed the rest of the car ride in silence, Zoe looked out of the window watching as the airport disappeared and turned into highway, before then turning into buildings and trees.

She looked up at all the tall building around her she'd never been to New York. But she'd always dreamed of coming here, she's hoped that one day her and Chris would be able to come and travel around. She heard that the best time to come was a Christmas with all the trees and lights, the ice skating rink. She wanted to enjoy what New York had to offer, with someone she loved.

Zoe was pulled out of her day dream by the car coming to a complete stop. When she looked out of the window she saw a tall building with a silver and gold canopy over the entrance. She had no idea why they were here.

"Here it is, we are staying at my parents place. They aren't arriving till tomorrow so we have time to get are stories straight before they get here."

"Look it's all going to be fine. Trust me you get your parents happiness and your money and I get you off my back for the rest of my life."

Zoe hadn't mean to sound so harsh, but she wanted to make sure everything was straight with them. Frank got out of the car and opened the door for Leon to get out, Leon took one last look at her before getting out. He then held his hand out to help Zoe out of the car. Although he wouldn't normally do that for her, he didn't want to start anything with the door man.
