Sorry guys, for that last sucky chapter. I'm not very good with the action scenes and stuff. Anyways enjoy this chapter!!!

Harry sat on a squishy armchair, his head in his hands. He couldn't believe what had just happened. Percy was gone, and it was Harry's fault! There was no way Percy would survive whatever Voldemort did to him. But why hadn't Voldemort just killed Percy? Did he want to question the poor guy?
Percy wouldn't live very long if Voldemort found out he didn't know anything. Why hadn't Harry insisted Percy and his friends stay behind? He wouldn't have been taken then. And where had Percy been taken anyways? Maybe where Ron was? Harry had figured out that whoever took Ron must've been a Death Eater. But why was Voldemort taking his friends?
Harry was jolted out of his thoughts by Leo and Nico sitting heavily down on two of the armchairs. Harry jumped when he looked at them. Leo's hair looked like it was on fire. Shadows seemed to roll off of Nico in waves. They noticed him staring, and it stopped.
"What was that?" Harry asked, his voice hoarse.
"What was what?" Nico asked, pretending nothing had happened.
"That." Harry said, knowing Nico was faking.
"I think you're seeing things dude." Leo said unconvincingly.
"Never mind." Harry said, realizing they wouldn't tell their secrets until they were ready.
Hermione came through, her face tear streaked and dismal.
"This is terrible." She whispered.
"First Ron gone, and now Percy!" She sat down in an armchair next to Harry.
"What are we going to do?" She asked to nobody in particular.
"I think Voldemort's trying to isolate me. I stand much less of a chance with my friends around." Harry said. To his surprise, Nico nodded.
"He's probably going to attack again. We need to be ready. We'll follow him this time. We'll find Percy. And Ron." He added.
"We have to. The last time Percy went missing... well it took us about six months to find him. At least we know who's taken him this time. We NEED him." Harry got the feeling they weren't saying that just because he was their friend.
Nico suddenly stood up. Harry turned around to see what he was looking at. A man had just entered the room. Harry had no idea who he was, or how he'd even guessed the password. He had sea green eyes that looked exactly like Percy's, and the same colored hair. He had a beard, and was wearing Bermuda shorts. His eyes had the same stormy look Percy's got whenever he was angry. The man had many laugh lines, but he wasn't smiling now.
"Where's my son." He demanded. To Harry's great surprise, Nico knelt.
"Lord Poseidon." He said respectfully. Leo was still sitting, his mouth gaping open in surprise.
Hermione gasped.
"Poseidon?" She asked.
Poseidon ignored her.
"Where's my son!" He said more forcefully.
"Voldemort took him." Harry said surprising himself.
"He kidnapped him."
"How could this happen?" Poseidon asked Nico, less forcefully.
"Voldemort is the most powerful wizard aside from Dumbledore." Harry responded.
"Percy's a great guy, but no wizard aside from Dumbledore is strong enough to beat him in a straight out duel. Percy wasn't even using a wand."
"It might be best that he didn't." Poseidon said softly. "Magic is dangerous for him, and for both of you." He added looking at Nico and Leo.
"I don't understand." Harry said.
"Why? He's a wizard. Magic is in his blood."
"We aren't wizards Harry." Nico told him. "Not really."
Hermione was looking back and forth between Poseidon and the two nonwizards.
Now that Harry thought about it, the name Poseidon seemed oddly familiar. He just couldn't quite put his finger on it.
"You mean they're... you actually are... Percy's..." Hermione stammered.
"What's going on?" Harry demanded, his temper rising.
Hermione gave him a cross look.
"Honestly Harry didn't you pay attention at all during Ancient Runes?"
"Yes. But I don't remember every little detail of every little class, Hermione!" Harry snapped back irritably.
"The twelve Olympians Harry. Poseidon is one of them." Hermione said, half exasperated, half terrified.
"But those are just myths." Harry said blankly. Leo smirked.
"Yeah pretty much everyone thinks that at first."
"Wait. You said you were Percy's dad." Harry said turning to Poseidon. "Are you actually a Greek god?" He asked incredulously. Poseidon nodded.
"Then Percy's..." Harry trailed off.
"A demigod." Nico finished.
"A what?" Harry asked, even more confused.
"Half Greek god, half mortal." Hermione said impatiently.
Nico appeared to have a sudden thought.
"Voldemort. Who is he? When I saw him... there's something else about him. He's not fully mortal anymore."
Another man walked into the Gryffindor common room.
"Lord Hades." Leo blurted.
"Father." Nico said, stunned. Hades looked grim.
"Voldemort is cheating Death. He has performed Dark magic to make himself all by immortal."
"Wait, you're a demigod too?" Harry asked Nico, bewildered.
"Yeah he is. And so am I." Leo said.
"How do we stop him?" Nico asked his father, ignoring Leo and Harry.
"He has split his soul into pieces, putting a piece in several different objects. You have to destroy them all." Harry thought he had imagined it, but Hades gave him an odd look.
"Voldemort should be dead." Hades continued. "He would've died years ago, save for the Horcruxes. The objects with a piece of his soul in them. Thanatos is not able to retrieve his soul like he normally would for an illegally living spirit, because his soul is shattered."
"Thanatos?" Harry asked, confused.
"Death." Hermione said simply.
"It's up to you four to stop Voldemort." Poseidon said.
"Us?" Harry burst out. "Can't you help? You're gods!" He looked disbelievingly at the gods as they both shook their heads.
"We aren't allowed to interfere with mortal matters." Hades said.
"If we were, Voldemort would be dead, and my son would be safe again." Poseidon said, somewhat bitterly.
"We've told you all we can." Thunder tumbled in the distance. Irritation flickered across both of the gods's faces.
"Zeus grows angry. We have interacted with mortals longer than is allowed." Hades said shortly. Poseidon glared upwards.
"Big-headed bolt-face." He muttered. Suddenly both the gods were gone.
Harry and Hermione's mouths were wide open.
"So. We're demigods." Leo summed up for them. He held up his hand, palm up, and flames flickered across them.
"We kind of have special powers and stuff."
Nico snorted. "Kind of?" Shaking his head, he seemed to melt into the shadows.
"No I'd say we definitely have special powers." He said from behind them.
"It's called shadow traveling." He told a shocked Harry and Hermione.
"Wait... you... what?!?!" Harry stuttered.
"Don't worry, it gets a whole lot more complicated." Leo reassured him.
"You kind of get used to it." Nico added.
"Like, Nico and Percy are actually cousins." Leo said.
"And some of the gods and goddesses are also our cousins. Which is really weird." Nico said.
"Wait... you... what?!?!?!" Harry stammered again. Completely ignoring him, Nico turned to face Leo.
"We need to go to Chiron." He said urgently.
"Chiron?" Hermione asked. "Why? What could Chiron even do?" Nico turned to her and raised an eyebrow.
"You know your mythology? Thing about it for a second." Hermione stared at him for a moment, and then comprehension dawned on her face.
"Yeah, yeah yeah. Now come on!" Leo grabbed Harry and Hermione's arms and pulled them quickly towards Chiron's room.
"What is Chiron going to do?" Hermione asked, stumbling behind Leo.
"Is he going to storm Voldemort's hideout and rescue Ron and Percy?" Harry inquired, struggling to keep his footing.
"Nope." Leo and Nico chorused.
"Then what?"
"He'll probably give us a quest." Leo said seriously, something that almost never happened.
"And probably some good advice too." Nico added.
"And hopefully," they stopped outside Chiron's door, and Nico knocked, "summon some reinforcements."
