There are so many apps you can use, to make covers. You can add filters, text, effects and so much more! Here is a list of good apps for making covers.
1. Phonto - Free
It's great for adding text. You can use the fonts that come from there, or you can download them from dafont.com. I will post some good fonts later!
2. Superimpose - Paid
It's good for special effects. Great for adding masking, and awesome for making graphics.
4. PicsArt - Free
It's a great substitute for Superimpose. Though I think Superimpose, is amazing, I would stick with PicsArt if you're a beginner.
5. Polarr - Free
Great for filters and you can easily make your own filter.
6. Instagram - Free
You can find a variety of colors, hues, textures, tutorials, etc. I'll post some good accounts later.
7. Google - Free
You can find anything on google. Your image, texture, overlays, and much more. Just type in the search bar!
8. Photoshop Express - Free
Has a lot of good filters, effects, and it can make a really cool 'fake topaz clean effect.
9. Tumblr - Free
Currently my number one source for textures, Polarr filters, and photoshoots/pngs!
10. Pinterest - Free
Aesthetic pictures and photoshoots!
