I was playing around on PicsArt and I came up with that👆
1; Open up the template on PicsArt.
2; Click on Add Photo. Add your choice of pictures and press screen. Erase edges.
3; Add a png (your face claim).
4; Filters 👇
Fx- Crisp
Artistic- Sheer, second choice, size 100, angel 360, press darken
Artistic- Motion
Add a little brightness.
5; Open Phonto and add your title and author! And your done!
