1. Open PicsArt, and the drawing tool. And same as always, 350 x 550

2. Now, open a black background, and a translucent layer.

3. Add image. Erase literally everything but the face and body. Make sure it's on the translucent layer. I used a hard brush and then a soft one for the bottom. It doesn't matter if it looks choppy.

4. Done, edit image. Effects, Black and White.

5. Now, go to blur, and erase parts of the effect.

6. Go to color, brightness.
