Bramblestar leaped onto the highrock. He looked down at Lilyheart. She nodded. Bramblestar yowled,"all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather under highrock for a clan meeting!"
Pebblekit awoke with a start. She padded out of the nursery to see what was going on.
"Today we will have new apprentices and a new warrior."
Pebblekit sat down near Lionpaw. Her whiskers twitched, and her gaze darted around the clearing.
"snowpaw, please step forward."
Pebblekit watched the oldest apprentice walk up the stone trail to highrock.
"Minnowheart, do you believe snowpaw is ready to become a warrior?"
Minnowheart nodded. Pebblekit watched snowpaw with anticipation.
"Snowpaw, do you uphold the warrior code even at the cost of your life?" "I do."
"Then by the power of starclan, you will be known as snowdrop!"
Pebblekit cheered for snowdrop.
it was now time for the apprentice ceremony. Pebblekit was curious of who it would be.
"Pebblekit, step forward."
