Chapter 21- XO

[Wes's POV]

All three of us went up to Drew's room. I took a seat on the red couch that he had, Keaton layed down on his bed, and Drew sat on the end of the bed and looked at his guitar. He grabbed it and looked up. "You know what, this whole situation with Alex and Sammy gave me an idea. Why dont we write a song for them? Dedicate it to Sam and Alex and have parts that are more for Sam and others that are more for Alex." He suggested.

Keaton and I loved that idea so we got to work. We started messing around with some beats and with the guitar's. We began at around 6 in the afternoon, worked straight through dinner, and crashed at 1 in the morning. We woke up later the next day with a half finished song. The chorus was done and Drew finished his rap. Keaton and I were almost done with our parts and we were planning to surprise the girls with it.

We had breakfast and returned to our song. It took about an hour and a half that morning to finish it. We had to choose between different lyrics but we were pretty satisfied and extremely proud of what we came through with. "Alright, lets jam it!" Drew said excitingly. He always gets like that when we write a song. We finished practicing the song and texted Sam and Alex to come over.

They were here within 15 minutes which gave us enough time to bring our guitar's down and practice one more time.

"Hey guys!" Sam said happily.

"Hey!" Alex said hugging us.

"Whats the surprise?" Alex and Sam asked at the same time which got us to laugh.

"Come here and you will find out!" Keaton said taking Alex's hand and Drew holding his hand out for Sam as they led them to the couch.

"So our surprise is that we are...well we wrote you guys a song." I said to them.

"You did what?!" Alex said.

"We wrote you a song and we are going to play it for you!" Drew replied.

"Oh my gosh! What is it called?" Sam asked.

"Its called XO." Keaton told them.

"Alright lets go!" Drew said and began playing his guitar.

"Called me said he broke your heart again..." I began. We went through the song and they absolutely loved it. Alex yelled jumping up and giving us all hugs and kissing Keaton on the cheek. Sam gave us all hugs and we could tell she was truely grateful.

"...And we have another small surprise." Drew said making Sam and Alex look suspicious. Drew began laughing. "So as we said earlier this song is called XO and we wrote it for you two. We were hoping that you both would love it because...its going to be on our first album!" He finally said.

"That is amazing!" Sam freaked out and we got hugs again.
