Chapter 18-Gender

(From this point on its probably gonna be like a series of imagine type things that complete this book. I've decided to make this one short because I suck at ideas, but either way I love writing this book and I appreciate all of the reads! :) It's not quite done yet, so let's begin these last few chapters, shall we? :))

I had been pregnant for five months almost. These months have been filled with morning sickness, cravings, and aches, but Andy was right there with me. I'm so glad we could work things out, and in a few months we will have our own little family!

I smile as I walk into the hospital, holding Andy's hand tight. Andy signs me in and I have a seat, rubbing my stomach. He sits down beside me, and I smile up at him. "Are you excited to know the gender?" He smiles wide. "Absolutely. Now we can think of names!" I smile and kiss his cheek. We sit in silence for a few minutes, then I speak up. "Andy, be honest, which do you want." He chuckles. "Babe, honestly I can't pick. I mean a boy would be nice for sports and stuff but a girl would be like having a mini you. I giggle. "Whatever gender this little troublemaker may be, we're teaching it to play drums." He smiles, then gives you a confused look. "Wait, you know how to play drums?" I nod. "When Patrick and I were growing up we had our own little garage band, and I was the drummer." He smiles, giving me a kiss on the cheek. "I never knew that." I laugh. "I guess it never came up." "Ms. Stump." The nurse calls. I get up and grab Andy's hand, following the nurse into a dark room. I lay down on the bed and the nurse rubs this warm liquid on my stomach. She then moves this tool across my stomach. After a few minutes, she chuckles, turning the computer screen towards me. "Well, it looks like you two are gonna have your hands full. You're having twins, a boy and a girl!" I smile as Andy leans over and kisses my head. He laughs. The nurse wipes my stomach off and hands me a copy of the ultrasound. We thank her as she leaves the room. I turn to Andy. "Are you happy babe?" He smiles, blushing a little. "This is what I was secretly hoping for.
