Good intentions for the new year are nonsense, because you never hold on too them.
MissMagicWriter I think good intentions are not nonsense. I think it's something good, because you've something to hold on. Something you can work on, you've a actual goal. Because my good intentions are work out more because I could't work out this year because of something private.
Livingnashton I must confess that I'm one of those people who looks at things from two different sides. Same with this topic: I think that good intentions for the new year are nonsense because most people make them the day before new years eve, and forget about them on the day after. They just make them but don't do anything to make these things come true. But I also think that it isn't nonsense. Some people find it really hard to start doing the things that they really want, they don't know when to start and how to do it. That's a good thing about a new year, you can do the things you've always wanted, you can make a new start if you want to. There are people who do hold on to their good intentions that they've made the first day of the year, people who try really hard to achieve what they want. Like I said, I see it from two different sides, but what's your opinion?
LovethestarsxD Somehow I do think that good intensions are nonsense, because most of the time you do forget them or you don't accomplish them anyway. And you can also set goals any time you want through out the year. But on the other hand I do think that good intensions are something that people like to make and they do know by themselfs that they will hold on to it and also accomplish them.
