I grab Christian and Anthony's hand's. The doctor walks in front of me, but is a good enough distance away. He looks at the paper, and smiles back at us.

What the hell does it say?

"Well Ms.Phillips, Mr.Clark. It looks like the both of you are related." Dr.Longo announces. Anthony and I get up, and hug each other. I feel a tear fall down my cheek. Christian rubs my back, and turns to the doctor to shake his hand.

"Thank you." Christian says. Anthony shakes Dr.Longo's hand, and I go over to hug Christian.

"See, there is nothing for you to worry about." He whispers in my ear.

"I hope so." I turn to Dr.Longo, and smile.

"Dr.Longo, can I speak with you for a minute?" I ask, pulling him over to the side.

"Sure."

"I was wondering if you could show me my parent's file and any notes they might of left for us."

"Sure. Come with me."

I look behind me to see Christian and Anthony talking. I walk over to them.

"I will be back. I'm going to see if our parents left any notes for us." I say.

"Ok, I have to go anyway. I will see the both of you later on in the week." Anthony says, hugging me, and shakes Christians hand.

"Would you like me to come with you?" Christian ask.

"Sure."

We follow the doctor into a room with boxes lined up next to each other in alphabetical order. He goes in the box with the letter "P" on it. He hands me my parents file.

"I hope you find what your looking for." Dr.Longo says, leaving the room so it's only Christian and I. I open the folder, and try to look for any answers on why they didn't tell me I had a brother.

"What are you looking for?" Christian asks.

"Answers." I reply. I search through both of my parents files, and find nothing. I sigh.

Maybe they just didn't want to tell me. Why would they want me to tell me something like that? I will just let it go.

We walk out the hospital. Christian opens the door for me, walks over to the other side, and gets in the car as well. As he drives I hear him humming, and turn my head in total shock.

"Christian, are you ok?" I ask.

"Yeah, baby. Why?"

"Your humming." I could see him smile from ear to ear.

"Yeah, I'm fine. Are you? You seemed upset when you didn't find anything in your parent's file."

"Yeah, I'm ok. I'm happy that I have someone in my family that will actually love me."

"What do you mean someone in your family that will actually love you?"

"After my parents died, I tried turning to the other people in my family. They didn't want me. They never did. They told me that it was my fault my parents died, and that they never wanted to see my face ever again. And that I was a mistake from the beginning. I stayed with them for a couple days; until Violet's parents adopted me." I look out the window. Fighting back the tears. "I was alone, Christian. I was alone for a while. Violet's parents taught me how to trust, and attempted to teach me how to love. That came over time." He reaches for my hand and squeezes it.

"I love you. When you think you have no one remember I'm here for you, baby. Until the end." He says softly. I kiss him on his cheek making both of us smile.
