These past 7 months have been going by smoothly for Christian and I. We haven't had an encounter from the woman who has been trying to attack me ever since our last birthday. But the sad part is, we haven't figured out who she was either or even found her. We returned home afterwards, and have everything is now secured so no other surprises will be happening anytime soon. Hopefully now we can live the rest of our life in peace. A couple days after my birthday, I went back to work, and they've told me that Christina hasn't been herself lately.

What the hell is going on with her?

"After work, I'm suppose to be meeting up with Violet and Colette at Pana. So I will see you when I get home?" I say to Christian as he puts my hair in a ponytail.

"Ok, that's not a problem, and yeah you will. Make sure to be back home before 5pm. That's when the wedding planner will be here to make sure everything will be set for Saturday." He says mumbling because he has the hair tie in his mouth. I start giggling.

"Who taught you how to do hair?"

"Rose was a pain in the ass when she had no one to do her hair for her. So she forced me." He says putting the ponytail holder in my hair. He kisses the top of my head.

"Thank you, baby." I say turning around, and kissing him gently on his lips.

"I told you there was nothing to worry about."

"You're right."

He walks me to my car, and all of a sudden he looks so nervous. He opens the door for me, and I get in. I look at him, and he still has the same look on his face.

"Christian, what's wrong?" I ask. He bends down, and leans over the window.

"Nothing. Just thinking." I grab him by his chin, and force him to look into my eyes.

"Are you lying to me?" He caresses my face, and leans forward to kiss me.

"Of course not." He whispers, and steps back from the car so I could drive off.

"Laters, baby." I yell to him as I drive off, and he smiles at me. On my way to work I can't help, but think about the look he had on his face.

What was going through his mind?

I pull up to my job, and notice everyone standing outside the building. I look up at the title, and I smile. It says Grey Real-Estate Inc. I step out of my car, and I smile with a tear coming down my eye.

"When did you guys do this? I was just at work yesterday!" I say flabbergasted. Jessica steps forward, and hugs me.

"Christian came by yesterday, right after you left work, and said he wanted this done before you come back to work today. We were so nervous that we weren't going to finish in time. Christian was crazy nervous too. He thought that you weren't going to like it." She says with a smile.

Bingo! That's why he was so nervous!

"Thank you guys so much!" I yell to everyone.

"Your welcome." Everyone says in unison. Everyone turns around, and walks back inside. Jessica walks me to my office, and shuts the door behind her.

"Jessica, what's going on?" I ask while I sit down at my desk.

"It's about Christina." She mutters.

"Have a seat, and what about her?" She sits down before me, and all the color from her face is flushed out.

"She quit her job, and she wasn't who you thought she was..." She says it very low, making it hard for me to understand her.
