Chapter 4: Mates

Ryan
I woke up the next morning with Rebecca in my arms. I kissed her forehead her feet had warmed up from her putting them on my legs. When I went to get up she held on tighter. Okay I guess I am not getting up right now. "Rebecca you gotta let go." I said. She just held on tighter.

"Ryan." She moaned. I guess she was having a dream. "Um no don't go please." She begged in her dreams. I shook her awake. She woke up instantly. "Oh I'm sorry I didn't mean to hold on to you like that."

"Its okay." I said tucking a strand of hair behind her ear. "Come lets go downstairs I'll make you breakfast."

"Okay but I'm cold can I borrow a jacket?" She asked. I nodded and tossed her a hoodie. She put it on and it went passed her knees she looked adorable. I mean I could understand she was like 5'5 and I was 6'10. I walked up to her and kissed her forehead she pit her hands on my chest and cuddled up to me.

"Alright lets go get you breakfast." I said grabbing her hand. When we got downstairs Anna and Coby were making out. I put my hands over Rebecca's eyes and she let them stay there. They finally toke a breather and looked up.

"Is it safe now?" Rebecca asked innocently.

"Yes." I said. She hesitantly took my hands down from her eyes. She then looked around and smiled she so cute.  She tugged at my sleeve.

"I'm hungry." She said acting like a child. I mean she was only 16. nodded at kissed her cheek. I decided I was gonna make her omelets. I made two for her 4 for me 2 for Anna 5 for Coby 5 for Alex and 2 for Sarah who had just walked in the kitchen.

"Eat up." I said as I put everybody's plates in front of them. I sat down next to Carly as everybody ate. She smiled at me as she took her first bite of food. 5 minutes later we all the girls were done. They got up put their plates in the sink and went upstairs. Coby and I started talking when Alex came downstairs.

"Hey!" Coby and I said in unison.

"Hey." Alex said as him Coby and I got into a group hug.

"How is your morning so far?" I asked.

"Good it got better when I saw that little hottie with the red hair run upstairs I wonder if she'll come sleep with me tonight." He said. I instantly knew he was talking about Rebecca in two seconds I had him up against. I punched him in the face and Coby tried to pull us apart. He pushed me off and I threw a plate at head.

Rebecca
"So how did things between you and Anna go last night?" I asked Anna wiggling my eyebrows. "Because from what I say in kitchen it was pretty good."

"It was great he is so nice and his body is so warm. And his chest and abs are rock hard." She said almost jumping up down.

"NO!" She yelled. "He said we could wait as long as I want too. But I haven't told him about being a mermaid yet. Also, I haven't changed into a werewolf yet so what is there to say yet." She said I nodded. I was about to say something when I heard a plate break downstairs and yelling. Sarah, Anna, and I exchanged looks before running downstairs. When we got downstairs Ryan had who I guess was Alex up against the wall.

"TAKE IT BACK NOW!" Ryan yelled at Alex who was up against. I looked at him I was scared of this Ryan because it wasn't him. I started crying.

"Ryan STOP!" I yelled my voice cracking because I was still crying. He looked over at me and immediately loosened his grip on Alex. Sarah and I rushed in and pulled Ryan off of Alex. While Coby was holding Anna tightly so she wouldn't get hurt. When Sarah pulled Alex back he locked eyes with her. I knew the words that were going to come next.
