The Lost Memories of Love (Akashi FanFiction)

Act 5-Nadi

Nadi asked her supervisor if she could take three days extension because of what happened to her grandma, in which she accepted

Though for Akashi, he didn't know what happened, so the next day he didn't see Nadi, he went to their supervisor anxiously

"Where is she?!"

"Eh?"

"That girl, where is she?"

"Ah, Kudou-san? She.. uhm" there was a long pause and was hesitant to answer, "Her grandmother was killed thus I gave her extension." She anwered in low voice that made Akashi's eyes widened

He left the supervisor's office silently but again return that made the supervisor's sweat dropped down from what he ordered.

It was the last day of grandma Chie's funeral and Nadi was standing and staring at her. She was crying silently as her memories with grandma Chie backflow on her head

"Condolence to what happened to your grandmother" Nadi's eyes widened as she looked behind her to see Akashi standing with black suite and bouquet of white lilies in his hand. He put down the bouquet and quietly prayed beside Nadi

"Seijuro, what are you doing here? Not that?! How did you know?!" Nadi asked him confusedly but still her tears were flowing down

"I heard from your supervisor what happened. I also heard what the real case is" Akashi looked at her and wiped the tears from her eyes "I already asked the palace detective to investigate what happened. We will bring justice to your grandma. So dry your tears"

Though he said that, Nadi's tears didn't stop, hence she sobbed while saying "thank you" towards Akashi

"You are so vulnerable right now" Akashi pulled Nadi's head towards his chest as he locked her in his arms. He carressed her back and let her cry. The young prince didn't mind the people looking at them. For him, the place became empty.

For the civilians who were there, they were murmuring on why the young prince was there.

Once Nadi sober up, she did a glance to her grandma then to Akashi. "Thank you Akashi-sama" she smiled a little, and her face showed that she was tired

"Go sit first and I'll go get water for you to drink" Akashi ordered her but Nadi shook her head

"No, I will go get it myself. You are the young prince. Please refrain from doing servants works-" Nadi agitatedly told him but Akashi put his index finger on top of her lips shutting her from her preach.

"I'll say this once more, and don't make me repeat it again, go sit first and I'll go get water for you to drink"

"Yes sir" Nadi felt thrilled and just followed Akashi's order.

She sat down and her eyes followed Akashi who was on the side of the chapel, getting a cup of water for her.

"He is so kind. But this kindness is not for me. This kindness, it is not for me. Nadeshiko, she is really important to him"

Several minutes later, as Nadi and Akashi were talking,

"Nadi-chan!" she jolted in surprised as the city's informant shouted once she entered the chapel

"Ssssssshhhh!" the people on the chapel reacted

"It is not time for that! Nadi-chan! Hurry up! The debt collectors heard that Grandma Chie died and they are on their way to your house and they will get everything there"

She stood up and was about to leave when Akashi grabbed her arm and calmly told her "I'll send you there. It is faster"

"W-well then, please and thank you very much" Nadi bowed down and the two of them hurriedly rode Akashi's car and they headed to their house. On the way, Akashi was using his phone, as Nadi was looking down nervously
