I open my eyes to the sun glimmering in through the windows of my bedroom.

I grab my phone from my bedside table and go onto social media for a few minutes.

I see pictures of my friends at a party. Bella, Sophie, and Taylar. I wonder if they miss me, do they? I haven't talked to them for awhile. Not even a call or text.

After a few moments. I slowly get up and out of bed, I walk out of my bedroom and through the hall.

I make my way towards to the kitchen to make breakfast. I take eggs out of the fridge and crack them in a pan to make them scrambled.

I take out raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries out of the fridge. I grab a plate out of one of the cupboards and put my food on it.

I take my breakfast and a glass of milk to my kitchen table. I sit down and eat.

-

Later on, after I finished my food. I start to read a book that my mom got me. It is called,
Take me away.

As I'm reading I get interrupted by a loud ringing sound. Not realizing it's my phone. I set my book down on the coffee table, I answer the call.

Hello, this is lux apartments. We would like to inform you, that you need to rent this apartment for three thousand dollars. Please either purchase online or at the front counter down stairs. Thank you.

"What? I though it was only two thousand." I say to myself in frustration.

How am I going to rent this apartment? I don't have the money. Do I need a roommate? Do I ask my parents? Do I just go home?

So many thoughts are running through my mind at this moment in time. I really don't want a roommate, they could be gross or creepy. Then again, I don't want to just leave and go back home.

"I need to think this through." I whisper under my breath.

In frustration and worry, I grab my bag and phone and head out the door to walk around town. To get fresh air, make some friends.

I go down the elevator, waiting for the doors to open. There is a soft melody playing in the elevator. A song. The steel doors open, I glare at the lobby. A Lady with a high bun is behind a large counter and has a computer in front of her. The lobby has big windows, and some couches to lounge on. I wave to the lady behind the counter and walk out the door.

I walk for about five minutes on the sidewalk noticing what the people wear and do here. It's a crazy town, but it's really laid back and calm in some sort of way.
I stumble upon a cafe that looks interesting to me, Called Jitters.

I walk inside to see what it's like. There's barely anybody here, but the people that are here look about my age. I realize some of the little details in the walls and decorations. There's a lot of warm colors, a lot of places to sit. There's also a few televisions to watch tv.
I could hang out here, I think to myself.

I pace my self towards the counter to order. I start looking at the menu of drinks and treats that the shop has. I look down and see a teenager, I'm guessing. He's a little bit shorter than me and has some facial hair and pimples.

He's grins, "What would you like."

Pause then, "I would like a small chocolate mocha." I say to him with a smile
