I had enough and was ready to get my baby and I out of this stupid building and back home in Boston. I rocked back and forth on the bed, rubbing along my stomach, and looking out of his window, watching the dark sky. Could I take a leap of faith and run? No. That could hurt my son. As much as I hated it, I needed Cameron's help.

Almost instantly, Cameron walked through the door, exhausted. "We need to get you out of here." he said, holding my hand. I heard cars racing outside and yelling. An alarm started going off.

"What's going on?"

"It's no longer safe here, we're being ambushed... and... and I want to get my friends and family out of this godforsaken prison." I smiled and hugged him.

"Let's go." we ran out of the room and down the halls. My now long hair whipped at my face and my legs not as fast as they should be. Cameron groaned and picked me up, running quickly. I rested my head on his shoulder, scared of what was to come.

He took many twists and turns, people running past us, scared for their lives. Finally, we got to a few chambers with plexiglass surrounding my friends. I saw Maggie look up, hopeful. "Mags!" I jumped out of his arms and ran to the door. "We'll get you out!"

"Jordan, punch in 1276 for the girls. I'll help the guys." Cameron said, assertively. I nodded and did so, quickly hugging my long lost friends. I saw Cameron stick another syringe in Matt's neck as he cringed. I ran over.

"I'll help." he looked up and kissed my forehead. "Give me some." He gave me 3 and I went to Johnson, Taylor, and Shawn. "Hey guys..." I took them each and punctured their necks, taking out the blue liquid, stopping immediately when I saw blood. After 5 minutes, the guys were awake and very confused.

"Come on! We only have a few more minutes! 5, maybe 10 if we're lucky."

"Who's out there?"

"The German military. They were given orders to fire on sight, anything that's moving. There's an underground tunnel they don't know about that leads to Berlin. We need to hurry, now!" We nodded and ran after Cameron, going down many stairs and turns.

Finally, we got to a large metal door, a century old that needed to be turned with a few men. Gilinsky, Cam, and Shawn pulled and the door opened, and we all hurried in, Cameron making sure to lock the door behind us. "There's only one path. Let's get there quickly guys." Cameron grabbed my hand and rubbed his thumb along my knuckles like he used to. "I missed you..." He whispered.

"I missed you too. Lately you've aggravated the hell out of me... But I've missed you too." He smiled and bent down to kiss my cheek.

"So... I finally get my son, huh?"

"Our."

"My bad. We finally will have a son?"

"Yes... Isn't it great?" he chuckled and nodded.

"It's amazing-"

"Cameron?" That voice was all too familiar. I looked up, glaring at Aspyn. "So you were just going to leave me?" She said, almost hurt.

"I'm going home with my family."

"We are family. We've known each other long enough—"

"You gave me an ultimatum: work for you or die and so do my friends. The way I see it, you're the dirt beneath my feet." She gritted her teeth.

"Funny..." She pulled out a gun and pointed it directly at me. "You shouldn't be saying that to a woman who always carries a gun."

"Please Aspyn. We all want to get out of here. Let's stop the nonsense." I begged.

"This isn't nonsense! I have no one. Mary's dead, Jeremy's dead, Parker's dead!" she screamed, her finger on the trigger wiggling. "Cameron promised me he would always be there for me and in return, I'd treat you nicely." I sighed.

"Lately he's been making a lot of empty promises... But you know all of us are tense right now..." I said, slowly walking toward her. "Who even knows what's happening in our world. Definitely not me." I let out a nervous chuckle. "Please don't do this. We all need to be safe and out of here." she lowered her gun and looked down. "Thanks. On the ground, though? Leave it behind, come on..." she put the gun on safety and placed it down. She stood up and immediately, I punched her in the eye, hard. She fell back hard, and the fall itself as to able made her go unconscious. I grabbed all of the weapons she had on her and the gun and brought them to Cameron. Everyone seemed to stare at me in shock. "Mama bear, instincts. Now let's go!" they nodded and we all ran out of this horrendous place alive and safe.
