Chapter Fourteen - Polaroids and promises

You roused fairly early the next day, you finally fell asleep at around 7am, Jack had gone to take a shower around that time and your eyes were drooping.
Jack was still awake, he was on the sofa next to you on his laptop, you stretched and unwrapped the blanket from around you (that Jack had probably put over you when he got out the shower), you scooted closer to him and kissed his warm cheek. He smiled and turned to look at you with those bright eyes.
"Good morning" he chirped sleepily.
"Hi, have you even slept at all?"
"Nope" he replied, putting emphasis on the P. You chuckled.
"So, what do you wanna do today?" he asked, while reblogging some fan art on Tumblr.
"Well, I was thinking, I haven't taken my camera out for a long time. I love to take pictures, my Mum found my old Polaroid over Christmas, I was thinking of going out and taking some pictures on it. Care to join me?" you explained, Jack's smile beaming across his face.
"Sure! That sounds like fun. Ya know, I've been thinking too"
"Oh?" you ask, your voice cracking from your nerves.
"Well, it's been like three weeks since we first met, we've been seeing each other a lot since then, I love to let my viewers know a lot of things that go on in my life, maybe we could make a vlog saying that we're together? I mean, if you want to"
Your eyes widened. Together?! Jack said you guys are together? Surely you must be dreaming.
"Aw that sounds great Sean! How about we film it after breakfast? Then you can edit it when we come back from taking pictures?"
"Sounds like a plan to me!"
You start to feel a little nervous, what if you get some haters? What if people don't like you? Jack pulls you into him.
"You okay?" he asks, in a silky tone.
"Yeah, just a bit nervous about coming out as your official girlfriend"
Jack chuckled. "It's okay. I promise you they will love you, they are the sweetest people ever. And I also promise you that as long as we're together, I'll keep you safe and happy"
