RECAP:
John screamed, clutched me tight, and buried his head into my shoulder…… The one day I thought would be good and my dad flips for no reason. I got out of my day dream and looked at my mom and dad. He had both her wrist in his hands and the look in my moms eyes told me ‘GET OUT NOW TAKE JOHN! GO FAR WAY!” My mom told me when I was little this day would come…. She told me where to go and what to do. I was to little to under stand at that point but now I understand… if only I paid more attention, I don’t remember exactly what she said.

I woke up panting that night. I never had a dream that vivid… I’ve had bad dreams but not like that, I never want John to see some thing like that. I remember it from when I was little and my brothers just stood there, there was nothing we could do.
I looked at my clock and it was 5:30a.m. so I decided to take a shower I was sweaty from that dream not to mention it was late august! AND my first day of my senior year….
“Its weird how connecting that dream is to today.’ I thought to myself as I got out of the shower and walked to my closet and got my skinny’s, converse and a purple v-neck, totally different from my dream! I looked at the clock and saw that it was only 5:45a.m. so I laid back down on my bed and put my ipod in and shut my eyes listening to Mariana’s Trench.
"JESSICA!! Get down here now!!” I heard my mom yell up the stairs….
“uggghhhh” I groaned and look at my clock it was 6:45a.m. “fuuucccckkkkkk” I said only having 45 minutes to get to school which with out traffic is 30 minutes away.
“ I’m coming!” I yelled grabbing my bag and keys and running down the stairs. “love you, bye” I yelled grabbing the door knob.
“STOP!!” she yelled
“WHAT!?!? I’m going to be late!”
“I need you to take John to daycare.”
“why cant you??”
“I have to go to work ,and your father isn’t here!”
“fine.. JOHN!??!?!”
He came running out of his play room with his toy dinosaurs “RAWR!!! SISSY!!”
“Are you ready?? Where’s his car seat mom ?”
“already in your car”
“uhg.. Okkii. See you tonight!” I said as I walkout to my car and put John in his seat
I quickly got him to daycare in 5minutes, and was off to school myself. As I pulled into the parking lot there was very few cars in the parking lot.
‘am I at the wrong place or is today not the first day of school??” I thought to my self and pulled into a parking space.
I put my favorite c.d. in, and blared it. Mariana’s Trench, I love them! I just sat back and closed my eyes. I could of sworn I only closed my eyes for 3 seconds and I hear some one banging on my window.
“Get out of my fucking parking spot!!” I heard a girl yell at me
I looked at her and I could tell she was a snobby rich cheerleader! I didn’t want to make enemy’s my first day of this new school so I just backed out of the spot and went to find another spot but in those 3 seconds of my eyes closed the entire parking lot was filled with cars and students. I couldn’t believe it! I drove around for 5 minutes before I saw a little black car in the back with no cars around it, so I decided to park next to it. As I pulled in next to it I saw a guy in the car, I was looking at him and he was looking down at something. I was staring hard at him and he looked up at me and I just froze, he was gorgeous! He looked at me weird and I just waved and smiled, he waved back and put on a jacket and got out of his car. So I got out of my car also and grabbed my bag and walked towards the school. There were so many kids going in to the school..
‘I wonder how many are like me??’ I thought to myself ‘just gonna have to wait and see’
I walked into the school to the office…
