From Warrior to Gamma to LUNA-4

I always knew there was something different about my wolf, mainly how she's larger than most, but why did she have so much authority. "Wait!" I suddenly heard my alpha's voice and came to a quick stop. I didn't bother with turning around, I just stood there and waited for him. When he finally reached me he asked me to shift back. Instead I roll my eyes and sit down, still in wolf form. He huffs because he knows how stubborn I can be. "Okay, listen," he starts, "I'm sorry for interrupting your run, but I have a very important question to ask you involving your rank in the pack." This quickly grabbed my attention. I hold up my paw to stop him from continuing, as soon as he stops I shift back. Alpha Damien clears his throat and looks anywhere except my face. I look down and see I have no clothes on. I just sigh and walk behind a tree and come back with some skinny jeans and black tank top on. This time when he looks at me he sighs in relief and begins talking again. "So, I was wondering if you would like to be moved up to the Gamma position instead. After seeing what happened back at the house I got to thinking and decided you'd make a better Gamma than Alissa." As soon as he said her name, my face scrunched up in disgust. Alpha laughed loudly and said, "I know how you feel, I don't think anyone in the pack likes her." I stood there for a minute trying to decide if I wanted to take Alissa's place or not. "If you need time to think about it, that's fine with me, just let me know." Alpha Damien says. As he's walking away, my wolf decided to interfere and spoke through the mind link for me. "Alpha Damien, we would gladly take the place of Alissa. It would truly be an honor, and I'm her wolf by the way." Alpha Damien turned around to look at me in shock while I stood there with an obvious look of disbelief on my face. Suddenly Alpha's shock turned into a wide grin as he ran up to me and hugged me tightly, yelling, "thank you, thank you, thank you! We'll tell the pack tonight and have the ceremony Monday, when there is a full moon." Alpha Damien quickly rushes out and then darts off through the trees, back towards the pack house. "Ugh! You STUPID wolf! How could you do this to me!" I growled at her in fury. "WOULD YOU JUST SHUT UP AND BE GRATEFUL FOR ONCE! I DID THIS FOR YOU!" She yelled back. Just as I was about to yell back, I was interrupted by the alpha mind linking me, "Hey, um, uh...whatever your name is. We have a meeting with the other alphas around here on Tuesday and since you'll be the new Gamma I want you there, at 6 pm." Instead of replying, I sigh into the mind link to let him know I heard him. Ohhhh boy. Tomorrow is going to be a long day.
