As I walked through the hall to the front door, I saw a glimpse of the man in the lab coat in the corner of my eye. "I'm just imagining things." I thought. But my inner detective was screaming that I should go and investigate. So I did. Searched around every nook and cranny. Couldn't find anything. "Mary, aren't you supposed to be outside?" My mom asked as I walked back to the kitchen. "Uh....." I stammered. "I need an excuse RIGHT NOW!" I thought. "I forgot to get something. "May I ask what?" My mom replied. ".....GOTTA GO!" I ran through the kitchen, narrowly missing the many desks, tables, and chairs throughout the house.

When I finally got outside, my phone rang. I answered it, not looking at the phone number. "Hello?" No reply. "Guess they called the wrong number." I thought. I hung up and looked at the top of the screen. "It's 11 already?" Beep! My bestie, Brianna, just texted me. Here's our chat for today:
