The 50 states of America Hetalia headcannons

Idaho

Human name: Liam Jones

Human age: 15

Liam Jones, better known as Idaho, is one of America's younger states. He is unpredictable, and often bursts into extreme rage, especially when ordered around. But besides that, Idaho is pretty laid back. He is lanky, tall, and walks with a slight hunch.  You would expect someone with his anger issues to be highly impatient, but he can wait a loooong time before getting pissed off.  He can be described as stingy, but honestly just wants a lot of privacy. He has a love for gems, gold, silver, jewelry, etc. Basically anything that is shiny and/or valuable. Often times he trades and buys them from India. Mostly garnets. Despite being greedy, Idaho believes in promises and will always keep his, even if he makes them towards his least  favorite person.  Not helping with his greed, is his anger. He goes into raging fits over the smallest of things. Or just seeing something he doesn't like.  But sunlight can always cheer him up. Montana constantly has to drag him out of his room to the outdoors. It greatly improves his mood, and if anyone hears he is coming to a meeting, it is either held outside or in a room with lots of windows. Another thing that can cheer him up is boating. Most boats catch his interest, but steamboats are his favorite to pilot. Idaho seems to become a different person as soon as he steps on a boat. The only boating he doesn't like is white water rafting. His favorite food has got to be potatoes. Potato anything appeals to him. So if you don't like potatoes, don't ask for food at his house. Some other interests of his include science, technology, and cartoons. Liam's childhood was a good one, and for the most part, he grew up around Montana. They still live close to eachother, and hang out often. But not as frequently, because, siblings. They got along perfectly up until they became states. By then, they were almost sick of the other. Idaho still tries to pick fights with Montana, once again representing his "maturity". But Montana isn't the only one he disobeys. He NEVER listens to Alfred. Not even if it concerns potatoes. And that's saying something. He also hates school, and never studies, takes notes, or listens, but somehow passes.
