|Chapter Two: Flashback to Camping|

I had my suitcase packed and I was ready to go (that frnkiero and the celebration reference ey?). Phil had his suitcase packed and so did Dan. The three of us were gonna go camping for one night. We packed food, just a few clothes, and camping essentials (tent, fishing rod, matches, etc..). "Alright, everyone's ready?" Dan says. Me and Phil nod.
We were going to drive in Dan's mum's car to the camping facility (<-is that what it's called idefk).

We get to the place we were going to be camping at and set up our tents. The three of us were going to share a tent, just in case a bear were to attack us, we'd die together.
The air was breezy. Not too cold, and not too hot. It was just perfect. The wind made the leaves and branches of the trees dance around, and made the leaves fly all over the place. The air was so fresh, unlike you the shitty polluted air in London.
I sit down on a nearby rock and watch the river. Something about watching the river was so satisfying. Not quite sure why. Dan sits next to me, rather closely. "What'cha lookin' at?" he says as he sits down. "Not tumblr, unlike usual," I say. Dan let's out a very soft, faint laugh.
"Same though. Nature beautiful isn't it? Or, maybe it just always looks like this but I'm inside on tumblr too much to be able to see it," he says.
"You're right."
We stay silent for a minute admiring how pretty the sight was. After a bit, I decide to place my head on his shoulder. It's not like I'm trying to flirt with him or something, I'm doing this in a brother sister way, ya' know? But then, he puts his arm around me. Huh? Me and Dan never get all close like this. Well, maybe he's just doing it in a brother sister way too. Yeah. That's right. I just have to stop over-thinking so damn much. As me and Dan are sitting with each other, Phil is reading Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. After a while, I decide to get up and stretch. Then I get an idea (<-it's not a band, is an idea. I'm sorry for all the mcr fans I've just insulted okei bai). "OOH! You wanna go swim in the river? Or, like, put our feet in the water?" I say. "Cool, sure" Dan says in a pretty chill tone. We walk over to the river and take off our shoes. I step into the water. It's not too deep. It's probably about two feet deep at the most...and its cold as fuck oh my god. "OH MY GOD ITS FUCKING COLD JESUS FRIKING CHRIST!" I yell, jumping out of the freezing ass water. Dan laughs. "WHY YOU LAUGHIN' AT MY MISERY MATE?!" I say jokingly. "Now that you says it's cold I don't wanna go in the water," he says, sounding like a whining five year old. "Bitch no you're getting in this freezing water, if you don't get in I'm pushing you in!" I threaten jokingly. "No," he says. I get out of the water and push him in. He falls in with a splash that wets me even more, making me more cold. "OH MY GOD! OH MY FUCKING GOD JESUS ITS COLD ITS COLD ITS COLD!!" He screams as he runs out of the water. "You got a leech on your arm," I say. "AHHH!" He screams, flailing his arms around. "I'm just kidding Dan," I say laughing.
"You--" he says, trying to think of a come back. "What? I'm a what? Come at me bruh."
"You muffin I hate you!" He says as he puts his hand into the water and splashes me. We started to play a game of 'Who can have a better comeback whilst splashing the other person' for nearly an hour until Phil calls us. "Guys, the food is ready!"
Phil sounded like such a dad jfc. "We'll be there!" I shout back. Me and Dan look at each other. "You're a goose," I say, splashing him one last time.

We eat for about an hour, talking about the guy who got a pewdiepie tattoo on his butt, memes, Harry Potter, Kanye running for 2020 president, and stuff about life. As the time passes, the weather starts to get colder and colder. My teeth start to chatter, and my lips are turning slightly blue. Dan notices. "OH MY GOD Y/N! I'll get you a blanket." Dan says. "No no, it's fine--" I say, but Dan is already rushing over to the tent to get a blanket. "Here," he says, putting the blanket over me. "Oh, thanks," I say shyly. He puts his arm around me.

Phil's POV

I THINK I SENSE A NEW SHIP COMING OHOHOHO.

Y/N's POV

I start to warm up. Aw, Dan is so sweet. He ran so fast to the tent, just to get me a blanket. Sigh. A fluttering feeling starts forming in my heart. No, I tell myself. You can't have feelings for Dan, he's your friend. Plus, he'd never feel the same way about you, I tell myself. But, the fluttering feeling was still there.

Dan's POV

Y/N looked so adorable, snuggled up in a blanket with my arm around her. I've liked her for the longest time, and I've never told her. Maybe she's starting to feel the same way. A smile forms onto my face. "What're you smiling at?" Y/N says, looking up at me. "I'm just having a fun time camping so far, that's all."
