Chapter 12

"Rajiki." Yukio shook his head looking at me. "You are after all, the one who killed my mother."

I could feel my body heating up as I tried to hold back the flames. If I was going to kill him, it was going to be with a clear head. No way was he going to escape!

Other people come out of the woods as they took both of my demon brothers in their hands. "Don't make this hard Rajiki." Angel says walking towards me as others had their guns pointed at me.

There was no way I could fight like this. Every time I breath in, I feel like I'm being ripped in half. I step away from Angel making him frown. "Capture her." He commanded making me panic.

People ran after me making my insides scream. I growled before hitting some back and using all of my energy to run off into the forest. "After her!" I hear Angel yell. "Runaway little sister!" Mephisto laughed in his wicked way.

I stopped in the middle of the forest seeing someone standing in front of me with a gun held in the air. "I trusted you." Bon says a glare on his face. "I trusted you too." I say as footsteps could be heard.

He flipped the switch on his gun making me draw back my bow with an arrow aimed at his face. "You can still trust me, you know? I'm still the same person you knew other than I glow red every now and then."

Bon stared at me as I saw men moving out of the corner of my eye. "You're surrounded. Surrender now, or we'll attack." Angel says making me sigh and close my eyes.

"You're right.. I guess I am surrounded." I say opening my eyes and smirking as I turned around in lightning speed letting go of my arrow as gun shots could be heard. Pain erupted everywhere as I fell to the ground in pain.

These weren't regular bullets! They were full of herbs that only Satan's offspring's were allergic too! Damn it!

I look up and smile through the pain seeing Angel holding his shoulder. Blood was dripping down his white coat. "Finish her off. I'll take the responsibility for disobeying orders." He says as all of them nod.

"Good luck with failing." I say as I touch the ground with my hand as blue light surrounded me. More bullets entered my body making me scream out in agony. "Curse you all!" I scream before I'm thrown in the pool of demons and everything goes black.

"We got it all out of her, but she'll need to take it easy for a few days." I hear someone say as black still clouds my vision.

"Leave."

Dad? Is that him? Did I really make it back?

I open one eye to see his dark figure staring out the window looking out upon Gehenna. He looked mad, but I could see the relief in his wandering eyes. "Dad." I croak out making him growl.

My mouth stayed shut knowing it was for the best. "Why? Why did you leave?!" The room shook as part of the ceiling came down. Dad looked behind him and sighed. He walked over to my bed to sit on it.

My bed.

"Was I too hard on you?" Dads voice was low as he asked this question. I shook my head. "If you weren't, I wouldn't be this strong right now." He nodded.

"Lucifer wanted to see you, so I'll let you have your time with him." Dad got up before I grabbed his hand and sat up painfully before bringing him into a hug. "I'm sorry." I say as tears finally start to fall after many years.

He stood there for a few seconds before his aura shifted and he put his arms around me. "Don't beat yourself up too much over it."

"Luci!" I yell seeing my brother walk in. He ran to my side before taking me into a hard hug. A whine came from my mouth as I felt pain erupt in my body. "Sorry. Sorry." He says laughing a bit before letting go.

"I'm so happy you're home and safe. I've sent so many minions up there to find you. One did but didn't stay alive long enough to tell me his location." He looked at me knowing I killed it.

"I didn't know it was you that time. I thought it was Dad again." I say brushing my hair out of my face. "Oh, that reminds me." Lucifer grabbed something out of his pocket before handing it to me.

"My orb!" I yell exactly. "I found out that you met them, and I thought you would like to watch over them." Lucifer looked away as I looked up at him. "You are always going to be my favorite." I say smiling. He smiled right back.

After hours of talking he left me alone. I got out of bed and went to the stand in the middle of my room and place the orb on it. It glowed a bit before I brushed my hand lightly over it. Rin came into view as he was in some kind of crystal.

That was what Mom was in before Angel ran her through.

People were standing close to his prison cell watching him to make sure he didn't wake up. I brushed my hand over it again to see Mephisto in the same situation except he wasn't in a crystal.

'Hmmm, what did they do to you?' I ask myself before walking away from the crystal and looking at my bag. "How.. How did that-" "I brought it here."

I freeze hearing that voice. It can't be!

"Toshi?" I ask turning around to see the red head I use to spend all my free time with. His bright yellow eyes lit up before his face had a smile on it. His sharp but fine teeth were showing.

"In the flesh." He says holding his googles on top of his head. I hugged him tightly. I've missed him a lot.

"So, tell me about this human boy. Why don't you show me him instead?" He asked looking over to the orb. "You always did like that thing." I say walking back over to it. "Well, you're the only person in all of Gehenna who has this power."

I smile remembering that fact. "Well, go on." Toshi say eagerly as I sigh putting my hand over the orb and focusing. Soon, Bon's face was on the orb. Everyone else's was too.

"They're at a swordsman's shop... No, a blacksmith." I say observing more before noticing the sword laying on the floor. It's worse than I thought! "Humans are so weird looking." Toshi observed before looking at me and smiling nervously.

"I look just like them idiot." He laughs as I take my focus off the orb. "Alright, I need rest." I say as he nods. "Don't run off without telling me this time."

Toshi left my room and before I knew it, he was walking out of the castle. I watched his figure until he blended into the other demons.

"So, are you sure?" Lucifer was facing the wall listening to me as I took a bath. "Yeah." I say looking into the orb. "I can't let this happen anymore."

Lucifer nodded before standing up. "Get ready then."
