"Jake if you can hear me please wake up. Your family misses you and whatever it is you have done I'm sure you had your reasons. But I'm scared and I can't tell Jessie that. I think I know what Alex wants. I just don't know why he wants it. He wants me."

I heard her sops and slowly opened my eyes. And tried to squeeze her hand.

"Kenzie, don't cry. But get Jessie please. Oh and some water my throat is killing me."

Her head shot up. "Jake your awake! Um of course hold on."

She ran and got me water first then went to the door and grabbed Jessie by the back of his shirt.

"Shit woman not here! Not while he is in a coma!" Jessie exclaimed.

"I'm awake and have something you should hear. Both of you." I say looking at them.

I laid there starring at the two of them waiting for me to speak. I needed to choose my words wisely. I decided to take it back to the beginning.

"Okay what I'm about to tell you both is disturbing and I'm greatly sorry for everything I have done."

◦A few years earlier◦

I was walking home from school because Jessie forgot that I didn't drive and decided to take Jasmine home. I was about a block away when someone grabbed me.

"What the hell!" I yelled.

"Just shut it." The males voice said.

"What do you want from me and who the hell are you?"

"Calm down you'll find out soon enough."

I was blind folded and shoved into a car. I didn't know what to do or think. My mind was all over the place. Then it hit me.

Soon the car stopped and the man pulled me out. I heard voices all around me and it sounded as if we were in a warehouse of some sorts. Suddenly the blind fold was ripped off. My eyes wondered around as I noticed all the guns and drugs. Then my eyes meant his.

"What the hell do you want?" I yelled.

"Well I'm happy to see you too son." Alex smirked.

"I'm no son of yours."

"Oh come on now. Why don't you come give your old man a hug?"

"Your not my old man, the only thing you are is a sperm donor!" I say as I hear someone laugh from beside me.

"Jessie that's no way to talk to your father. Now lets get down to business."

Ha these jokers think that I'm Jessie and even my father. What a joke he is.

"What is so funny?" Alex asked.

"The fact that you don't know that I'm not Jessie." I laughed out.

"What the hell Rick you got the wrong boy!" Alex yelled. "Oh well it's to late now, lets just hope this works."

I looked at him as if he was crazy. I was not going to do anything for him. I didn't want anything to do with him, neither did Jessie.

"So Jake your going to help me. My plan to get what I want is soon on its way, once she is 18."

"What are you talking about?" I asked. I didn't know who was he talking about and why did he need my help.

"You see my friend Rick here owes me a lot and he has given me his daughter. Who will be mine fully on her 18th birthday. But till then I will just take what's mine whenever, like last night, man she was-"
