Chapter One

"Wake up miss its time for school" Victoria heard the cheerful voice of her maid and wondered how anyone could be so happy this early in the morning, turning over she mumbled a quick whatever before sitting up and wiping the sweat off we face, she had once again had a nightmare didn't she? but there was nothing new about that having mightmares had somehow fixed it's way in to her daily routine.

Victoria turned her head to look at the clock and nearly jumped out of be only having 20 minutes to get ready for school not that she nor the teachers minded they had learned to respect her , her position as alpha's daughter had done her some good, but Victoria had a reputation to keep didn't she? Little miss.perfect. She hated the name and even the reputation that up folded it, she could still remember the first time she was given the hideous name it was after that incident wasn't it? After that terrifying awful night when she was taught never to trust anyone the hard way, she had decided to never get hurt again, had put walls up around her heart as had covered her self by always get start As, had started dressing pretty an perfect she even went as far as to start hanging out with jocks and chear leaders, Victoria had turned her self into the perfect it girl on the outside, while her inside suffered the nightmares of that dark night. 

Victoria shook her head clearing her thought as she yanked her jeans up and fixed her top walking down stair only to be welcomed with her parents intense lip locking, screwing her face up in digest she quickly muttered

" mom dad I'm going"

" why that look on your face sweetheart, I bet that when you find your mate you wot be able to stay away either" Victoria's mom, Jane's dreamy voice greeted her.

"Um mom I dot want a mate I will reject him if I find him"

"NO! I won't let you reject you mate Victoria you have to move on from that night, the first thing I'm gonna do when you find your mate is kick you out of the house you'll be living with him" Jane looked highly happy with her answer, making Victoria's frown deepen.

Not bothering to reply Victoria walked out to her driver.

Walking into class Victoria groaned. 

Princess studies her first period class the one she hated with all her heart, being in an all werewolf school all the un-mated females had to take the class just in case they happened to be the werewolf prince's mate the position every girl would want every girl but Victoria beside the fact that Victoria had put to much walls around her heart to ever accept her but how much work would she have to do? The king and prince of werewolf controlled all the werewolf, had a say in every important matter and they even had to make sure every thing was going smooth but the alphas around the world made it easier right? All the alpha would tell the prince or king if there was a problem arising somewhere, Victoria's dad John being one. She even had the honor of having him a few hours away Victoria thought sarcastically although she had never seen him she had but boy had she heard rumors about the beautiful prince who had never been seen with a girl in his life, The oh so innocent prince is waiting for the right one to come along, the prince is gay, the list went on and on. Victoria snorted. if the prince was as beautiful as every claimed him he wouldn't have missed a chance to do a girl, he probably didn't stick to the girl long enough to be spotted together, he was probably a playboy who used the typical hump and dump strategy. Satisfied with her answer she walked over to Jamie, who was head cheerleader,probably head slut too and looked abit to excited for a Monday morning.

"Hey Jamie"  Jamie wasn't that bad, Victoria had survived 6 months with her and wasn't having any suicidal thoughts. Yet. But boy was she awfully bitchy and annoying to those she didn't like.

" hey giiiirrrrl, guess what day it is today?" Jamie squeaked.

"Mond-" Victoria starts only to be cut off my a glare

" besides Monday?"

"Enlighten me!"

"It the day the prince comes" Jamie signed dreamily. Only to look over to Victoria who looked lost

"Huh?"

"Tori you know how the price goes around to every pack in the  world  to look for his mate when he turns 18?"

Victoria nodded causing Jamie to continue.

"Yeah well I just heard that he coming and he's coming today!" Jamie nearly yelled. 

" oh god no.."Victoria groaned.

"Oh god yes!!! What do you think i should wear? "

"Clothes" came Victoria reply before she sat down on her seat spotting the teacher walking in. 

"Girl listen up as you all probably know the prince, Travis is coming today and I want all of you to be on your best behavior" 

A chorus of 'yes' went through the class. 

"Good"

Victoria sat on the bed trying to finding her homework but no matter what she tried she couldn't focus, she felt a weird feeling in the pit of her stomach and knew something would go wrong, choosing to ignore the feeling she decided to finally make her appearance at the pack meeting where the prince would be arriving, not bothering to change, leaving on her shorts and t-shirt her teachers words repeated in her head " Victoria I know that you don't want a mate but you could at least try and wear something nice you are a teenage girl with hormones" Victoria snorted, like she would dress up.

Walking down stairs and pass the crowds of she-wolfs who looked at her in with disappointment while scanning her outfit. Some even pointed and glared. Ignoring them her eyes searched for the blonde head until her eyes landed on Jamie and her crowd, she made her way over. 

" everyone quite down the price will arrive shortly and I want everyone on there best behavior" her father's word filled her ears. And almost immediately everyone fell silent.

Travis couldn't wipe the grin off his face as he stepped on to the porch of the mansion, ringing the bell. He had a good feeling all day and couldn't help but smile, he knew that today he would find his mate and boy was he happy about it. Alpha John opened the door after introducing himself he stepped inside, he could feel eyes on him eye the eyes of his mate his eye, his eyes searched for his mate, until his green eyes intensely connected with blue ones. His wolf stirred and then howled.
