Chapter 4♔

Victoria bolted awake, when she heard the banging on her door. She quickly untangled herself from Travis's grip, and thanked god it wasn't tight. After shaking Travis awake, she went to open the, only to reveal an over excited Jeremy.

“Ma belle, your gown is fini” Jeremy squeaked.

“and this couldn't wait until i was awake?”

“non, non” Jeremy stated.

“well let me see it?”

“non, it is a surprise” Victoria narrowed her eye on Jeremy.

“the masquerade is today, I'll be seeing it in some hours” She stuck her tongue out at Jeremy, who looked to occupied talking with Travis.

“now if your done, Jeremy please show your way outside” Victoria bellowed, before getting in bed ready to fall asleep once again, until she was dragged out of bed by no other than Jeremy.

“you can't sleep you have to make sure every thing is parfait for the masquerade ball”

“Travis is going to be doing all of that, he wants me to be well rested” Victoria bluntly said, not caring that she had dropped a bile load of work on Travis's head.

“Princess, i don't think i can do it all i have to check over everything, why don't you help a bit?”Travis pleaded, although he loved his princess and he would indeed want her to be well rested but he would greatly appreciate the help.

“Travis, you said you love me, right? How can you not listen to me?” Victoria pouted, faking hurt.

“alright princess I'll do it this time, but next time your helping”

“whatever Travis, leave now” Victoria stated.

Victoria dipped her foot in the water, before she jumped her way in the pool, her body slowly getting use to the pool water. After Travis had left she had gone back to peaceful sleep and about five hours later she had woke-up to find Travis had still not finished the load of work she had piled on him, and guilt had washed over her, out she had quickly dismissed the emotion and had decided to check out the pool after she had finished her breakfast, which Travis hadn't joined her at because he still had work to finish.

Looking around, noticing the stares of a few gardeners, who were males. As a grin took over her face, with the way the gardeners were looking at her and the bikini she was wearing, Travis would go in to start blind rage if he was here.

She thought back to all the times Travis had lightly growled when ever she interacted with a male, although he had never stopped her from talking to males, like he had been afraid she would hate him more if he stopped her from anything and frankly he was right, but that didn't stop the fact that Victoria had found it cute how possessive he was of her, hadn't even stopped the fact that his possessiveness had made her feel safe, wanted and loved.

And she had grown angry that her emotions had gotten out of control over the three months she had spent her, her wolf was raging inside of her and her need to mate with Travis was growing each day, and so was Travis's. She had noticed how he had become insanely possessive of her, not that she minded the possessiveness, it did make her feel safe, but the fact that not mating with Travis had caused him pain did not settle well with her wolf and it didn't set well with Victoria either, but she was not about to give in to him, nope if she could keep her bitchy act up for three months she could keep it for longer. no matter how much it actually pained her wolf to snap at Travis and watch as his eye would darken, but he hadn't yelled at her for making him suffer, no he had told her he would wait for her because he loved her and always would. He had stated that he didn't want her to hate him all her life when he would love her for all his.
