"But we look nothing alike!" Hermione exclaimed.

"Charms, cast when you were all babies," Snape replied. "The people you believe to be your parents adopted you, because of Dumbledore's orders."

"So, my parents knew I was a witch?" Hermione asked, intrigued.

"Yes, Dumbledore talked with each of your adoptive parents to explain to them what was happening. He claimed it was for the 'greater good', but it was just so he could manipulate more people into believing his rubbish about Tom being an evil murderer for a man. He wanted more power, to make Tom weaker, more vulnerable and so took away the thing most important to him, his children. He and his wife, Rosie, were very distressed afterwards. They spent so long looking for you, but it was difficult as he had to stay hidden because everyone thought he was evil."

Harry and Hermione continued to ask as many questions as possible, fascinated by this story, and they ended up finding out that

1) Voldemort wasn't actually trying to kill muggles and muggleborns, but attempting to help muggleborns understand more about magic before they went to Howarts.

"So, like a primary school for muggleborns, to help them with just knowing about magic, so they aren't at a disadvantage when they do go to Hogwarts?" Hermione asked.

"Exactly," Snape replied. "It would also have been for witches and wizards raised by muggles, like Harry."

2) Everyone thought Voldemort was trying to kill muggles, muggleborns, blood traitors and basically the entire population of people who didn't agree with his ideas.

"But those weren't his ideas? All of that pureblood, anti-muggle stuff everyone thinks Voldemort supports, did Dumbledore make it up?" Harry questioned.

"Yes, I believe it was Dumbledore who began telling of Tom's ideas. He told it through the Daily Prophet, he told people to spread the word, he even had to obliviate some people who found out his true intentions.

3) Yes, they actually were Voldemort's three children- all of whom he had loved very much. Apparently, Voldemort was mortified when he found out that his children were missing.

"Will he be happy to see us again, do you think? Especially since I've tried to kill him so many times?" Harry asked.

"He won't care about that Harry. I feel he will be more worried of what you think of him, seeing as he has also tried to kill you multiple times."

"Why did he try to kill harry then, Professor? If he doesn't believe in all of the pureblood stuff?" Hermione quizzed.

"There was a war going on, Hermione. Although you and many others may not believe it, a war between Dumbledore and Tom was happening before our very eyes. We just did not see it, Dumbledore wanted Tom dead, the only thing Tom could do was to try and kill Dumbledore. I believe a muggle saying is 'Kill or be killed'?"

"Yes," Hermione replied.

4) The glamours were cast by Lily Evans and Molly Weasley. They would have been recast by Dumbledore when they were of age, to make sure they stayed up throughout their lives.

"So they were all a part of it then? Our adoptive parents, they are on Dumbledore's side. They helped him didn't they?"

"Yes," Snape replied.

"So," Harry began, "We'll be going against them, won't we. Hermione and Draco against their parents, and all of us against the Weasley's? We're on different sides?"

"The Weasley children may not have grown up to live like Molly has done, so there is a chance your friends will be on your side of the war."

"Wait, what about the prophecy?" Hermione asked.

"Complete bullshit made up by Dumbledore." Snape replied.

Malfoy- er, well Draco, seeing as he wasn't a Malfoy at all, spoke for the first time, after Harry and Hermione ran out of questions. He spoke quietly, as if scared of what the answer would be.

"What do we look like without the glamours?"

Snape looked over at the boy, and the edges of his mouth twitched upwards for second. "I could remove the glamours for a moment, if you like?"

The three nodded eagerly, now more at ease with the fact they were triplets now that they knew Voldemort wasn't exactly evil.

Snape waved his wand, muttering a string of words and Harry felt a warm shiver go down his spine. Snape handed the three of them a mirror each and Harry gasped.

His hair was a chestnut brown, and slightly wavy, with blonde streaks through it. His eye were still green, but more of a deep mossy colour instead. He was slightly tanned, and he could tell he'd gotten a bit taller. He looked over to Hermione and she smiled at him. Her hair was the same as Harry's, chestnut brown with blonde highlights, and it was sleek and smooth, not a bit bushy. Her eyes were a caramel brown colour, and her skin was smooth and tanned, porcelain-like. She was shorter than Harry but still a good bit taller than she'd been before.

Harry glanced over at Draco next. His hair was no longer platinum blonde, but more of a sandy colour. His eyes matched Harry's, deep mossy green, and he was tall and pale, only about an inch taller than Harry. He gave a small smile towards Harry and Hermione, before the three of them looked back at Snape.

"So this is for real, then?" Hermione asked, eyes wide.

Snape nodded, and a broad smile grew on Hermione's face. As much as he tried, Harry couldn't keep the grin off his face either. He'd spent his whole life thinking he had no family, no parents or siblings to look out for him. He could see Draco supress a smile, but his eyes were glittering with mirth. Hermione was the first to make a move, rushing over and pulling the boys into a warm embrace. After a moment of hesitation, they hugged her back. "I've always wanted a brother." Hermione said quietly. "Well," Draco said, grinning, "Now you've got two!"

"I don't suppose you'd like to spend the summer together with your parents?" Snape asked, amused.

"Yes!" "Of course!" "Can we?!" The three called out excitedly. Snape chuckled. "I will let your father know you're alive, and we'll see if he can accommodate you for the summer."

Harry, Hermione and Draco spent some time getting to know each other and planning what to do over the summer.

"I believe it is time for you three to return to your dorms? It is getting late, I'm sure your friends will be worried."

Snape removed the glamours, much to the trio's disappointment, and they separated towards their common rooms.

Harry and Hermione entered through the portrait only to find the room almost empty.

"I didn't realise we were out that late!" Hermione exclaimed.

"Where were you two?" Ron asked. "I've been up waiting for ages!"

"Oh, um, Snape let us redo our family tree potion because we did it wrong, but he marked it right." Harry lied.

Ron didn't look like he believed them, but he let it go. "Let's go to bed then, it's really late."

Harry flashed a grin at Hermione, and followed Ron into the dorm. For the first time, Harry was truly excited for the summer.
