"Sam?"

The voice sounds far away. Calling to me from the dark.

"Sam! Wake up!"

I reach out a hand toward the sound. I claw for it, but it is always just out of reach.

"Sam!" Something slams down hard nest to me, jolting me awake.

My eyes take a second to focus, but when they do I'm overjoyed. Dave stands infront of me with Benn, Brandon, Megan, Hayden and Brent - who looks a bit worse for wear - behind him. I quickly stand up before noticing that Dave's hand is placed against a panel of glass that stands between us.

"What the fuck is this?!" I yell at nobody in particular as I spin around, finding the glass to be on all four sides of me. I look up to find the same above me.

"We hoped you would know." Panic sets in, and I begin to slam my hands against the glass frantically. "Hey - Hey!" I stop. "We're going to figure out how to get you out, okay? Just - sit tight."

Dave rushes off with the guys, leaving Megan and I behind. My heart pounds wildly in my chest, threatening to break through my ribcage. I try to fight against the panic that rises through me, but it's a losing battle.

"Megan?" I slide down the back of the glass into a sitting position and pull my knees up to my chest.

"Yeah?" She sits opposite me, crossing her legs. I notice a bruise protruding out from the edge of her shorts, but I don't mention it - I think the last thing she wants to do is relive her time here.

"Have you seen Andy?" My voice is barely above a whisper. I don't want to face the possibility of him being stupid and reckless and dead.

She hesitates before slowly shaking her head. "He ran off as soon as we found out about you and Taddie. We tried to catch up to him before he got here, but we couldn't. Taddie was the only reason we're even here. He was being transferred while we were outside and we managed to jump the guards. We were looking for him when we found you."

I let out a shaky breath as a tear falls down my cheek.

"Hey! You guys still okay?" I quickly wipe my cheek as the guys come back, weilding crowbars and other large metal things.

"Yeah. Just get me out of here." I put as much nonchalant annoyance into my voice as I can in an attempt to mask my fear.

"That's the plan." Benn smiles before pulling the crowbar above his head and slamming it down into the glass next to me. I curl up and put my hands over my head, expecting the glass to shatter. I hear a loud thud and look up confusedly.

"You've got to be shitting me." Benn stands back in amazement, and we all stare at the place where he hit the glass - or at least where I think he hit it.

"It didn't even crack?!" I stand up to get a closer look. "Oh shit." The glass looks just as pristine as it did ten minutes ago.

A loud crack echoes throughout the building, making the roof above us shake and dust to fall down through the air.

"What was that?" Hayden asks as everyone looks up confusedly.

"Gunshots." Brent clenches his jaw in an anger that is absent in everyone else's faces, instead replaced with confusion.

"How many?" I ask, not sure of what I want the answer to be. One - The Raven or Andy? Two - Both are dead.

"Who gives a shit? We need to get you out of here. Come on."

Dave moves back over to my glass prison and is about to go at it with Benns crowbar when something groans loudly above us. The sinister noise makes its way around the room before ending immediately under me. I stare down in confusion.

Something cracks in it's side and icy cold water begins to flow steadily around my feet.

"What the fuck?" I look up from my feet to see everyone looking down with fear.

"Its a failsafe..." Brent mumbles to himself before looking up with newfound determination. "That tank's going to fill up no matter what you do, Sam." I put my feet back down into the water, that is now halfway up my calves. "Just keep still. Dont use up your energy if you dont have to. We'll figure out the tank, you keep breathing." I barely have time to nod a reply before he turns to everyone else and says something that I can't tell because of the water.

I watch as Hayden hands Megan another long piece of metal and they position themselves around my box.

I shiver as the water reaches my hips and everyone tries to chip away at the somehow indestructable glass.

It rises to my chest, and my breathing hitches at the cold - I lost the feeling in my leg ages ago. Everyone continues to throw everything they have onto the box, but it stands strong. I hear Brent cuss at it and smile - I don't know why.
