The Baffling

The lunch room was practically silent, as I came in. Great. I looked at Kelsey, seeing as she took her place next to the cheerleaders. I shook my head. The Chase Fan Club. Gross. Kelsey glanced at me, angrily. Oh, yeah. You deserve to be mad, right? Ugh. Finding an empty table, that only had one girl sitting there, who coincidently was a loner. Great, maybe we could be loners together? I sat at the end, giving her a shy smile, and the brunnette gave me an incredulous look, before gathering her tray, and leaving the table. I scowled, taking my lunch out of my lunch bag, biting slowly into the nasty tuna sandwich. Everything about this day is horrible.

Everyone was watching me, eyes accusing, disbelieving, angry, and some, respectfully.

Well that was before Chase marched in, with four other guys who I didn't notice. Murmurs filled the crowd.

The one nearest to Chase, looked exotic. Greek maybe? He had a strong jaw-line, wearing a button up, long sleeve shirt, probably Burberry, and a pair of pants that Abercrombie models would advertise. His black hair, was disheveled, and covered his brow handsomely. He was the tallest, with his golden eyes, he oozed mystery. His perfect light-pink lips were curved into a perfect smile, white teeth flashing. He was pretty handsome, and I felt myself gape, watching them walk confidently. The next two, were brothers, reminding me of an all-american look, with their different hair colored, one was brown, the other blond styled differently though. One, guy's hair was fringed and choppily cut, blond hair going everywhere, matching his sharp jaw-line. The other guy's brown hair was shortly  cut, and messily ruffled, just above his brow, and his bright green eyes. Their arms were wrapped around one another, laughing, heads thrown back so carelessly, which made me want to do it too, matching their chorused melodies.

The last guy, didn't even care, he walked in confidently, hands crossed over his chest, face a flawless tan, and chestnut-red hair, sprawled over his eyes, spiked. What was with these guys? Yellow eyes watched me behind chestnut hair, and I watched back, as he walked past my table, his head tilted, a secretive smile on his lips. It's like he knew something I didn't. With that, I swallowed, hard. Closing my eyes, as all eyes were directed to me.  I shoved my unfinished tuna sandwich into the bag, standing, and scanning the lunch room. Everyone stopped, and they all turned to look at me. I bit my lip. This was a bad idea.

I walked away, smiling confidently as I passed Chase's table, and to the trash. I threw my bag of lunch in the trash, sent another innocent look to Chase's table, which left all four of his friends giving me confused looks. I gave them a full smile, acting like I was walking over to them, but then, just walked past, and I kept going until I reached the the door that led outside. I looked at everyone, and then held up my middle finger, and gasps filled the room, leaving me laughing. I pushed open the door, and waltzed out.

You gotta be kidding me. So, this chick, is going to-? And, she gave us the middle finger. Real mature. I stopped giving her the satisfaction of looking, and turned to the guys, rubbing my temples.

"Do you see what I have to deal with?" I sighed, watching as Ado, slipped on his sunglasses. "She's not that bad, actually. Easy on the eyes. She's in need of a good seduction trick. Maybe she'll bug you in a different way." I almost vomited. Really? "That is the grossest idea ever. I would never let her poor girl hands touch me!" I know I sounded.... Well, spoiled. But, I am. So, I can act this way. I mean, she was the one overreacting, she was the one who called me a cocksucker just because I didn't get detention like her sour-puss self did. It's probably because she's ugly... Well, okay. She's not exactly ugly. She actually looks pretty good in her commoner's clothing. At least she has a little style, I mean not like, she wore rags or anything. She was actually wearing skinny jeans, and  a name brand of shoe, which is all I can ask from a poor person.

May- whatever her last name is- has long brown hair, that cascades down her back all prettily, kind of like a waterfall. A crap colored waterfall. She has really big green eyes, a cute button nose, and nice lips. She does have a nice body too, but that's besides the point. Her being a bitch makes it pointless. I'm surprised I hadn't gone after her yet. Oh wait, that's right. I don't touch dirty scholarship kids.

Rafe, who's eyes seemed to love being glued to May's, turned his yellow gaze on me. "You do realize, she's not really a-" Ado snapped his hand over Rafe's open mouth. I frowned, pondering. Were the guys already keeping secrets? "What was that abo- " "I call dibs!" Zach interrupted, his blue eyes sparkling. He clapped his hands together excitedly. "Well, you can have her, I enjoy the finer things." I say distastefully, my nose upturned. I dropped one of my fries, on my plate. " I don't know why I eat these things." I crowed, pushing the plate away, raising an eyebrow at Zach, as he snapped up the fries, happily. "Looks like you like taking my leftovers." I said, amused. Zach narrowed his eyes. "Not every girl likes you, Chase. You are sometimes too-" Gabe interjected, from beside Zach. "I don't care. They will learn to." I say confidently. "Well anyways, if it's a game this girl wants, then." I paused to laugh, "She'll get it." Rafe shook his head, dissappointed. Whatever.  There is something up with this weird girl, and I'm going to get to the bottom of it.

I picked up my phone, tapping away on the touchscreen.

Ado, was laughing. "So, you're really going to call him?" Rafe curiously watched while Gabe and Zach fought, and I smiled wickedly, as girls surrounded us. "Of course. He'll want to see this." I say.

A groggy voice filled my ears. "What do you want?" He snapped, coldly.

"Oh shutup, and get here as fast as you can." I smiled, hanging up.

Ado, clapped slowly. "Been a while since I've seen Dev. Hopefully he won't bring your lovely cousins."

I smiled at all of the boys, attention directly on me. "Well guys, it's officially, a reunion."
