A/N: Enjoy this fluffy one shot, because you'll probably need it.
Emma's POV:
I woke up with a huge smile on my face, as I've been doing for the past week. Today was no ordinary day, in fact, it was probably the best day of the year. It was my birthday!
When I sat up, I saw a tray of food next to my bed. The tray contained a grilled cheese sandwich and some onion rings. When I looked on my nightstand, I saw a root beer in a little bucket with ice.
I rolled my eyes and grinned. This had to be the work of Killian, my parents would never let me have lunch for breakfast.
After gobbling down my food, I showered and got dressed.
My parents were nowhere to be seen, and Killian had left a note saying that he was going to be spending the day sailing.
I didn't believe them for one second. I'd been dropping hints about wanting a surprise party for the past month. Killian was going sailing. Yeah right.
After I left the house, I started walking towards Regina's office wondering what excuse she was going to give me.
As I was walking down the street working on my surprised face, I ran into Archie who was walking pretty quickly with Pongo by his side.
"Hi, Archie," I told him.
He barely stopped as I tried to stoop down to pet Pongo.
I shook my head as he disappeared behind a store corner. He's obviously just trying to hide the surprise party I "don't" know about.
I kept walking along and saw Regina, Robin, Henry, Roland, Mom, Dad, Ruby, Dorothy, and Belle rushing around, and acting just as strange as Archie was.
I knew what they were up to but I played along as they said they're fake excuses about where they were going.
I walked into Gold's shop expecting him to act just as jittery and nervous as the rest of them, but all he was doing was sitting behind his desk reading a book.
"Hey there Gold," I said casually as I leaned on the front counter.
He didn't look up while he sighed and said, "Hello Miss Swan what do you want? Let's make a deal. Magic comes at a price and all that."
I just laughed, "Yeah, because you totally don't know what's happening today."
Gold sighed louder and more openly annoyed. "In case you didn't notice I'm trying to read."
I stifled another laugh and walked out of the shop as Gold was starting to get annoyed. If they even got Gold to be part of the act, this is going to be the best birthday party ever.
(7 AM) Regina's POV:
I woke up with a start.
"Robin get up!" I said shaking the sleeping lump next to me.
"What?" he said as he tried to push himself out of bed.
"It's Emma's birthday!" I said putting my clothes on and throwing Robin his.
"So?"
"We forgot to buy her a present!"
That got Robin up. "Hurry up!" He said as he started making coffee.
"No time for breakfast, we'll just shove pop tarts in our mouths as we run to the store." I was already knocking on the door of Henry and Roland's bedrooms trying to wake them up.
