We ran through the streets, laughing our heads off as we avoided running into people, but of course we still bumped into them. I ran across the road, the traffic had finally come to a halt and so we would be home just in time.
I turned around just in time to see my best friend, not looking at the roads that were once clear just a few seconds ago, running over to me. I waved my hands at her, trying to warn her of the massive gas truck speeding down the street, but she just mistook my frantic warning for saying hi.
It all happened too quickly, I could have saved her. But my legs were stuck to the footpath, refusing to move. All of a sudden she was flying down the long street, blood everywhere as she skidded down the road, seemingly not going to stop.
My eyes filled with tears, she was gone..the truck swerved as if trying to avoid her, but it ended up crashing into a wire fence where a mountain started.
All I could see was fire, my vision faded out and there was only black.
Creds to LoveCove who pretty much wrote his part as I suck at intros. Please follow her and check out her stories cause she is an amazing writer:)
