This is for the buckyprotectionsquad I forgot about this request but I could not pass up the chance to write this, so here you go. Hope you enjoy!
The classic saying is that "You can never teach and old dog new tricks" Well Steve and Bucky were old and technology was sorta new to them. I mean yeah sure, Steve knows a bit about social media. He likes Pinterest a lot and he thinks Instagram is pretty great too. And Bucky actually remembers his phone password, but they don't really know the wonderful world of technology.
And to make things worse, everyone at the Towers makes fun of them for not being up-to-date. Soon though, Steve and Bucky had enough, and they decided to prove to everyone that they were cool and they were hip and they where #Legit and stuff. Bucky and Steve where going to prove to everyone that they knew what they were doing. So, they decided to download a few of the coolest apps, such as Snapchat, Instagram, Wattpad, ect.
"We need to prove that we are hip Buck. Im tired of everyone making fun of us, so this is our chance to shine through." Steve protested as he tried to figure out his apps.
It started with Snapchat. With the usernames StarSpangled_Steve and Bucky_TheGreat. Steve and Bucky began there Snapchat adventure. They began with the filters. Every filter equaled 5 minutes of laughter. They found the filters to be utterly amusing and after each one, they took 10 pictures each. By the time they finished taking pics, their stories were at least 140 seconds long.
Next was Instagram. Making their profiles were probably their favorites. Steve wanted to be simple but cool. Bucky on the other hand went all out. His consisted of emojis and lame sarcasm, irrelevant facts about himself and stupid quotes. Now when it came to posting pictures...that was a challenge. They didn't know how to pose and so many of their pics looked like this

And to make matters worse, they posted Every. Little. Thing. From a leaf on the ground to fans on the ceiling to their half eaten meal or serious, confidential meeting. They posted every two hours at max.
Wattpad was next on the the list and they had no clue what it was.
"It looks like free book to me" Bucky said as he clicked on a 5sos smut and began reading. As he was reading, his cheeks were burning red. He stopped reading. "Umm...Steve..." Bucky handed him the phone and let Steve read. His eyes widened and his cheeks grew hot as well. The covered his mouth and gasped as he turned off the phone.
"I think that is enough technology for today Buck"
"Yeah..."
All of a sudden Tony, Thor and Bruce came laughing into the room.
"Hey guys...what is so funny?" Steve said.
"You guys tried to be cool but you failed miserably to be honest" Tony said.
"LOOK AT THIS POST THOUGH YOU GUYS ARE LIKE HONEST OLD PEOPLE!" Tony said, sliding on the floor laughing.
"Tony that's not funny! There is nothing wrong with our post" Bucky said, annoyed.
"I disagree, your post are pretty lame...lamer than mine actually..." Bruce said, trying to hide his laugh.
"Maybe they are right Steve..maybe technology is not for us"
Steve nodded, "yeah... your right" he said solemnly.
"What is THIS!" Tony asked pointing at Bucks phone.
"You don't wanna know."
Like I said, you can never teach an old dog new tricks.
