Steve: Before you got to bed, you have to sketch something. It all started as practice for your drawing, but soon it turned into a habit. You can not get a decent sleep until you have sketched a bit.
Tony: For some reason, you have to count backwards before you actually fall asleep. sometimes you start from 20 and count down, or you start from 100 and count down.
Bucky: Before you sleep you have to do grounding. You have anxiety so grounding before you go to sleep makes it easier for you. At first Bucky thought it was weird but one night you told him to do it too and he found it a lot easier to sleep as well.
Bruce: You do at least five math equations before you sleep. You want to be able to test your self and see if you are still sharp, so you do it when you brain is tired to see if you can still solve them. Sometimes you will even some simple math facts in your sleep.
Thor: While you sleep, you hum songs. Most of the time they are barely inaudible but other times you will hum so hard your chest will vibrate. Thor, of course, has a little problem with that. First of all he thinks its creepy and second, he does not like to feel vibration on his chest in the middle of the night.
Clint: When you sleep you have to wiggle your toes. It just calms you down for some odd reason. If you don't, it feels as if something is going to grab your leg.
Loki: Before you sleep, you always roll a ball under the bed. When you where younger, you believed that there were monsters under your bed, and so you would roll a ball underneath it. If there was a monster, it would catch the ball, but if not it would roll to the other side. Now that you are older, you don't believe in monsters, but you still have to roll a ball, just in case.
