Chapter 11

~ TWO DAYS LATER~

Sam POV

My eyelids hung shut from the last two nights of no sleep. Dean and I had stayed up to finish the case that we had started. Thankfully, it was easier that we expected so it didn't take too long. But I was still hanging!

We were all in the car listening to ACDC on our way to Bobby's. Although we didn't need to stop for new clothes or wash stuff, Rowan was out of the car at almost every service station. That girl had a bladder the size of flea!

"Sammy?" Dean said sticking his finger in my ear. "We're here!"

My eyes flicked open and I sat up straight. Sure enough, we were outside Bobby's place. I hung my head and wiped the sleepy out of my eyes.
"Already?"I yawned. "Feels like we've been on the road for half an hour."

"Ever heard of sleepin', Sammy?" Dean said opening his door. "You're a pro."

Rowan was already outside and wandering about. Dean caught up to her and wrapped his arm around her shoulder, squeezing it tight.

"C'mon you lot" I said as I reached the door and gave it three hard knocks. I heard each lock on the other side of the door slides to a different position and the door banged open a jar, stopped a a silver door chain.

"Who is it?" I heard a gruff voice, unmistakably Bobby's, growl through the gap.

"It's us, Bobby!" Dean said getting closer to the door.

Suddenly, it slammed shut again as the door chain was slid out. Dean and I shrugged and opened the door. A strange smell tickled my throat making me cough. Incense? No. Perfume.

Out of nowhere, a flash of black and white whizzed behind us, colliding with Rowan and tackling her to the ground.
"Get outta here, demon!" a young woman said holding an angel blade to her throat. "Or I'll have to clean my angel blade!"

"Whoa!" I cried running towards them while Dean went to find Bobby. "Get off my daughter!"
