Chapter 14: Heartbeat

*Aubrey's POV*

Harry and I still had yet to kiss and I had my thoughts of what that'd be like in my dreams. But I was awoken but the feeling of fingers poking at my sides. I laughed and flinched away but the person kept tickling me.

"Nooo! That was the best part of my dream!" I complained. I heard a husky chuckle.

"What dream?" I heard Harry ask. I opened my eyes seeing a smirking Harry over me.

"I can't tell you!" I said and he rolled his eyes.

"Probably something about a Taylor Lautner look alike that was all over you." He scoffed and I chuckled. He had since gotten off of me and was standing at the end of my bed.

"How did you know?" I said sarcasm painting my tone, tilting my head, and smiling innocently. He shook his head.

"Well get up and dressed!" He said.

"What do I wear? Something nice?" I asked. He pondered.

"Hard to say because you look nice in everything. Including these. He pointed at my kitty cat pajamas and I hugged myself.

"Are you being sarcastic?" I asked.

"No I love kitties!" He protested rather defensively. I laughed at him.

"Alright I'll find something!" I said and he laughed leaving the room.

"I'll be in the living room." He said. I found something nice to wear that wasn't too fancy but not trashy. A nice black see through tank top since it was hot grabbing a white bandeau for underneath. Then I grabbed some white shorts and slipped on my newer black converse. I went to the bathroom putting my contacts in and applying light makeup. My hair was in a messy bun so I took it out and flipped it around until it looked slightly better. It was messy but it'll have to do. I ran out grabbing a small handbag slipping my phone inside. I checked myself in the mirror once more and nodded grabbing my flower print sunglasses slipping them on top of my head. I walked out of my room and to the living room. Harry was sitting on the couch next to Liam and Dani. He was looking at a magazine and was reading it very carefully. Everyone else was in the kitchen eating or cooking. I smiled at that.

"Hey Aubby!" Louis smiled at me and I laughed.

"Morning Louis!" I said.

"Wow we really feel loved!" Niall complained with a mouthful. I rolled my eyes.

"Good morning grumpy the blonde dwarf." I said.

"I'm taller than you." He said and I shrugged.

"Still a dwarf. No wait you're a leprechaun! Isn't it you on the Lucky Charms box?" I asked in an Irish accent.

"I didn't know you could do that." Harry said coming up behind me.

"Learned how when I visited relatives when I was seven." I smiled.

"Impressive that it stuck." He said. I laughed.

"Can we go now?" Liam groaned. Dani shoved him lightly.

"I'm pretty sure he's the grumpy one today." She said and he glared at her. I laughed.

"We can go if leprechaun here is done shoving food in his face." I said. Niall glared at me.

"I'm going to give you a warning. I will cut Harry's balls off if you don't shut up." He said and Harry whimpered grabbing at his goods.

"It's funny cause it does no harm to me." I chuckled. Harry whimpered again looking at me. Everyone was in hysterics accept Niall and I who just glared at one another.
