"Finally free" I said signing the papers the nurses gave me.
"Ready?"
I smiled at my dad and walked out the hospital.
"So...how you feel?"
"Great, being in a hospital for a week is like the worst thing ever"
He smiled then nodded unlocking the car.
"So..about Kam and the kids where are they?"
I shrugged. I know he's our dad and all but the kids need a break they don't need no one knowing were they were and I knew dad will tell Brenda and everyone else and that's not needed right now.
"Fine, I know you know because the nurse told me a young woman with 4 kids came to look for you late at night"
I shrugged dismissing the conversation the decided on texting Kam.
Me - dad's on me, how's my baby and my nieces?x
If not instantly she replied.
Kam - Keep him and anyone else out and their fine, Khalil loves it here but he misses you and dear I say it...his dad x
I scrunched my face up but sighed.
"What's wrong?" Dad asked.
"Nothing, just thinking about everything" I said with a small shrug.
Me - Tell him I miss him too and that we will see each other soon x
She didn't reply so I guess she was busy with the children. I watched the trees go by while we drove home.

"You spoke to her?" Khalil asked smiling brightly.
"Yup she will phone us later, or maybe even face time so we can speak to her together okay?"
"Thank you auntie Kam" He said hugging me.
I kissed his forehead and watched as he ran off with the girls and Kareem.
Jarell - Kam come home, I miss you and the girls and my son
(A/N - I slipped up and thought they were all girls till I red back they had 1 boy and 2 girls so yeah from now on it will be 2 girls and 1 boy)
Me - Stop texting me and go be with your brother and you bitch, I've been informed about you turning up this whole week, so enjoy ya turn up and leave me and the kids out it
On queued he phoned so I got up and went in doors.
"What?" I yelled harshly.
"So, you finna listen t your home girl over me?"
"Its not just Mariah that's been telling me that shit Jarell, you took me and the kids leaving as tyour opportunity to turn up and fuck about like your brother, I heard Ky got out today and I bet he still fucks that bitch" I said.
He went quiet not saying anything.
"Exactly what I thought, don't call me with that I miss my kids and nephew bull shit because you don't, have fun fucking the squad but get one pregnant she or he ain't my child's half sibling, I can tell you that" I said hanging up.

I rolled my eyes then went back outside watching the kids in the pool.
