POV Mitch
I woke up to an empty bed. Scott had already gotten up and dressed. I saw his clothes he wore last night in the floor. He was so messy sometimes.
I was happy though. Happy that I got to see Avi. I got out of bed with a lot of energy and got dressed. I put on black skinny jeans, a shirt, and boots. My usual outfit.
I went to the living room.
"You're happy." Scott said as I entered
"Yeah guess I am." I told him holding back a big smile.
"Well I figured you wouldn't since your bass wasn't here." He said referring to Avi.
"Well maybe this beauty is going to go see him after breakfast." I said now smiling and going to the kitchen.
I've known I've had these feeling about Avi before but they are coming back and are kinda scary. I don't know how he feels about it.
I made myself a small breakfast of pancakes, eggs, orange juice, and bacon. Guess it wasn't that small but mommy is hungry.
"Where are kirstie and Jeremy?" I asked Scott as I made my breakfast.
"They went out somewhere." He said
I got done, made a plate, and went to the kitchen table.
"Thanks for breakfast." Scott said taking the plate from me playfully
"Give it back." I said trying to reach for it. "you giant"
"Why don't you make me." He said teasingly taking a piece of bacon and putting it in his mouth.
"You asked for it" I warned and went up to him on my tiptoes and moved closer to his face. We were inches apart and I came closer and closer.
It was just enough to distract him and he lowered the plate where I could reach it. I took the opportunity and snatched the plate from his hands.
"Now why don't you go make your own plate." I said also snatching the bacon from his mouth taking a bite and walking out if the kitchen.
I sat down on the couch and turned on the TV.
"There is breakfast in the kitchen if you want." I told Kevin
"Thanks but no thanks." He said seeming busy with his phone.
During breakfast I checked my phone. I had a text from Avi.
A: good morning x
I smiled at that.
M: good morning :)
"New boy?" Kirstie asked as she got back
"No why?"
"That smile" She said "You don't smile like that at clothes. Has to be a boy"
"Well its no new boy." I told her
"Oh who is it then?" She said sitting next to me
"Its a secret." I said
"Come on tell me!" She said begging to know who it was
I decided to show her the text not knowing he had just replied.
"Oh my!" She said surprised "You're going over to his house."
"Um yeah" I said
I looked at my texts
A: can't wait for you to come over ;)
"Does the winky face mean something more than just a friendly visit?" Kirstie asked
"No! Not at all" I said quickly and went to the spare bedroom where I slept.
I went ahead and packed up all my stuff and decided I was going to go to Avi's right after.
M: coming over now
A: I will be waiting ;)
