RILEY: huh? Nono, sleepy time.

RILEY: *looks over at Maya & lucas* come on Maya! We gotta go.
MAYA: ugh fine.

MR. MATTHEWS: okay! Good morning class! I hope all of you are prepared to read you essay to the class today!
MAYA: I am!
RILEY: me too!
LUCAS: same!
FARKLE: as always!
MR. MATTHEWS: alright! Who want to start?
WESLEY: I do!
*wesley walks on up & Josh walks in*
WESLEY: the person I am writing about is Maya Penelope hart. She is the most complicated person I know, she makes you feel as though you know everything about her, but the next minute, she's like a completely new person. She can make you laugh & smile without effort, & she has the most beautiful smile. * Wesley finished reading His essay*
MAYA: wow. Um *she looks at josh* would you excuse me? *maya runs out of the class room & Wesley goes after her*
WESLEY: Maya! What's wrong?
MAYA: look, you're a great guy, in fact you are the best guy. But I can't be with you. I'm sorry.
WESLEY: ah I see. It's because of Lucas. Right?
MAYA: what? No. It's me. I can't be with someone when I'm not over someone else.
WESLEY: oh....okay. Well um, I'll see you around.
*wesley walks off & Josh walks in*
JOSH: hey Maya.
MAYA: hi.
JOSH: look, I need to say I'm sorry. You were right. I need to make up my mind.
MAYA: but I did to, & I did. I need to move on from you. *looks at Lucas through the window* & I think I have.
JOSH: that's great! I'm glad you're okay.
MAYA: well I better get back to class. Bye joshy.
*maya walks back into the classroom*
MR. MATTHEWS: do you want to read Maya?
MAYA: well my partner sorta left & I don't think he's coming back. So I'm just gonna make up a new one about my Bestfriend, Riley.
MR. Matthews: okay, give it your best shot.
MAYA: Riley is a million things. It's impossible to put into words, but I know for a fact that I would be nothing without her. She is my other half. My sister. * Maya finishes her essay *
RILEY: oh I love you peaches. *she hugs maya*

LUCAS: aw Farkle. I'm touched.
FARKLE: don't push it!
RILEY: at the end of the day, I'm glad we have each other.
MAYA: & we always will.
LUCAS: after school, you guys wanna go to the diner?
FARKLE: that sounds amazing. Can smackle come?
RILEY: yeah I guess so *she says with a sad & annoyed voice*
MAYA: how about next time, we haven't all hung out in a while.
FARKLE:okay fine.
