Welcome to the year of Captain America: Civil War! To begin celebrating, we want to read and showcase your Stucky / Stony stories!

What to Write:

Write a story that focuses on Steve Rogers / Bucky Barnes AND / OR Steve Rogers / Tony Stark, preferably in the time leading up to the events of Civil War (this is not a requirement, but we thought it would spark some new stories). The story does not need to be of the romance genre, and can explore the dynamic of their friendship. We just want something that will stir up the feels!

Things To Consider:

1) Your writing must be your own. Please do not submit any stories that were not written by you, with or without consent.

2) Please be sure to use proper grammar and spelling. This will be a major factor in determining the quality of your writing and the winning entry.

3) Minimum of 500 words. There is no word limit.

4) Stories with multiple parts will be accepted. The story does not need to be completed.

5) Your story must have had an update during January 2016.

6) Your entry can include any other Marvel characters, even those not currently present in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

How to Enter:

1) Comment the link to your story on this chapter.

2) Please also be sure to include #CaptainAmericaFicRec in the tags for your story.

3) You can enter as many stories as you wish.

Deadline & Prizes:

Please submit all entries by January 29, 2016!

Entries will be reviewed on January 30, 2016.

A winner will be announced on January 31, 2016.

The winner of the contest will receive a vote and comment on their story from CaptainAmericaFicRec, as well as a shoutout on our conversations page with a link to their story. The winner will also have their story added to our exclusive "Contest Winners" reading list! And we'll also follow them :-)

All suitable entries will also be added to our "Stucky (Steve Rogers / Bucky Barnes)" AND / OR "Stony (Steve Rogers / Tony Stark) reading lists on our profile page.
