❀Courtney's P.O.V❀

"Courtney, open the door!" I hear a voice in the distance and I slowly open my eyes to realize that someone is knocking on my door.

"What do you want?" I ask impatiently as I know it's Alex. "Go away, Alex!"

"Little lady, it's me. Come on out, Princess."

"Julian?" I question as I get up from the bed.

"That's my name, now please open up." He responds and I open the door to see a very concerned looking Julian. His eyebrows furrow when he sees me and I wrap my arms around his neck as his go around my waist. "It's alright, babygirl. I'm here, you're not alone." He speaks soothingly and I cry onto his chest.

"He's an asshole." I sniffle.

"I know, I know."

"Hey, no I'm not!" Alexander defends himself and I lift my head to glare at him. He looks at me sadly and Julian guides me back into my room before he closes the door behind us.

He leads me to my bed and he sits down before he puts me on his lap and I hug him tightly. "I miss him, Julian..."

"I know you do, Princess. I'm sorry he had to go so soon but he's watching over you."

I lift my head to look up at him and sniffle. "You really think so?"

"I know so." He whispers as he wipes away my tears and I close my eyes when he leans forward to plant a soft kiss on my forehead. "It's 2am and there's school tomorrow, you should get some sleep."

"I was sleeping but you woke me up." I laugh a little and he chuckles.

"I'm sorry, but Alexander called me to tell me that you locked yourself up in your room and he heard you cry so I had to come check up on you. You can get some sleep now that I know you're okay."

"No, don't leave me I need you." I say as I hold onto him tighter and he strokes my hair as he kisses the top of my head.

"I wasn't planning to, now sleep."

I get comfortable in his arms and I close my eyes but then Julian stands up with me in his arms and I smile when I realize that he's going to lay me down. "Just like old times, when you used to put me into bed?" I ask him and he looks down at me and smiles.

"I miss those days, you used to always be impressed and told me how strong I was." He says and I laugh softly.

"You are strong, I mean you are in the soccer team and the football team after all. I'm surprised you haven't given in to any of the girls falling at your knees." I snort and he stays silent for a few moments before he speaks up.

"I like to think of it as reserving myself for my future special girl. All the guys in my team make fun of me for being the only virgin in the team but I believe losing your virginity is something serious and you shouldn't just waste it to use girls as toys."

I look up at him in surprise. "Wow, that's actually the sweetest thing you've ever said. I'm proud of you, fella." I tease and he shakes his head as he chuckles.

He lays me down under the bed sheets and I snuggle against his side as he lays down beside me. "Goodnight, little lady." He whispers and kisses my temple.

"Goodnight, Jules."

"Courtney!" I hear a familiar voice scream in excitement and I shut my locker to turn in the direction of the voice. I see Emily running over to me and I drop my book.
